Large and bright 120 m2 air-conditioned apartment on the 2nd floor with a private 10 x 4 x 1.40 m swimming pool in a very quiet residential/family-friendly area (respect the neighborhood). Composed of 3 large bedrooms, a furnished and equipped kitchen, and a living room with a corner sofa. Terrace overlooking the Coiron plateau. Sheets, Bath/Pool Towels, Washcloths and Dish Towels are not provided. We live there (very discreet for the sake of our tenants) the ban on outside visitors.

Its heated swimming pool (early May if weather conditions allow) and its south-facing orientation will allow you to enjoy your vacation under the Ardèche sun.
