Cévennes farmhouse near Anduze

140 m2 Cévennes farmhouse recently renovated with pool and terrace. Ideally located in a very quiet hamlet between Alès and Anduze. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs you will find two adjoining bedrooms. Outside, the farmhouse has two terraces, a barbecue, a courtyard, a bowling green and a bicycle storage room. The property is fenced and accessed through its entrance with an electric gate.

La Capucine

La Capucine is located near the mechanical hub and five minutes from Alès, the capital of the Cévennes. The accommodation is adjoining our house, it can accommodate two people in a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, and two children on a sofa bed, 140/190 bed. Guests can enjoy the garden and park their vehicle in the yard. The property is secured by an electric gate. Bikers will have the opportunity to put their bike away in a covered and closed garage.
