Casa Luma is a villa with island elegance and contemporary comfort. Ideally located between Montpellier and the beach in the town of Lattes/Boirargues, Casa Luma offers a lifestyle inspired by the architecture of the islands, where the openness to the outside and the tropical vegetation compose a setting that is at once sober, warm and soothing. As you will have understood, this villa is not suitable for festive gatherings because it is surrounded by neighbors who want the place to be quiet.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Our small house is conveniently located, 10 minutes from the sea (Palavas-les-Flots), the city center of Montpellier, the train and bus stations, the airport, the Parc des Expositions, the Arena, supermarkets and the A9 highway Tram access from Lattes center, 5 minutes by car to reach the beach of Carnon or Montpellier Shops and buses on site You can do everything by bike since a cycling path along the Lez passes by the house, to reach the beach of Palavas-les-Flots or Montpellier.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house (inhabited by the owners), on one level, in a 2-hectare park. It includes kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see map). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The non-private swimming pool (6x12m) is accessible 5 hours a day (to be defined).
