Winter or summer, this 30m2 studio will be perfect for a couple, for a family with children or as a solo. You will appreciate this flat for its clear view, its proximity to the cable car and shops, its heated swimming pool. You are 10 minutes from Morzine and 15 minutes from the Lindarets cable car (free parking) which takes you directly to Avoriaz.

In the small village of Saint-Jean-d'Aulps a stone's throw from the Portes du Soleil, charming new apartment 4 to 6 people with terrace. Enjoy a double bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed. Nearby, Lac de Montriond, ski 50 meters away: Roc d 'enfer resort 1800 meters away. Hiking, paragliding, mountain kart, swincar and rafting! Note! The neighboring building is still under construction, so there is some activity in the immediate area.

Ski-in apartment near Prodains Express

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Enjoy a cozy mountain nest with breathtaking views of the snowy peaks. Let yourself be seduced by Savoie, its local products near the residence and its picturesque villages. The bedroom is furnished with a mountain corner bounded by a wooden partition. The residence is ideally located 50 meters from the ski slopes, the gondola, the ski school, a daycare and the ice rink. On site, ski rental, convenience store.

We rent our cottage with all amenities and games for kids dvd, various games (lego playmobil barbies sylvania books monopoly trivial pursuit...) There is a terrace where you can eat, a BBQ, a ping-pong table We offer waste sorting with 1 bin for plastics, 1 bin for glass, 1 compost. We don't accept pets in winter because it's too much maintenance (dirt due to snow) We lend out sleds and snowshoes.⛄️

Le Grenier du Servagnou in La Chapelle d'Abondance

Authentic Savoyard attic completely renovated at 1340 m altitude, next to the Panthiaz slopes, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" area. Fully south-facing, unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a shuttle by snowmobile and/or SSV to the first car park accessible to cars. Return to the chalet on skis possible.
