Vue incroyable pour ce logement paisible, propre et très bien décoré, à une 20aine de minutes à pied du centre-ville (ballade pédestre très agréable). Le Spa est un vrai plus, superbes prestations. Excellent séjour, à refaire :-))

It's a very cosy apartment. The lake view is very nice. We really had a good time during our visit as two families with children. The owner is very friendly. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Para quem gosta de relaxar e praticar desportos de inverno em familia a zona é espectacular (Grand Massif) sem a confusão das grandes estâncias dos Alpes , Andorra ou Serra Nevada. O único detalhe a apontar foi a piscina interior que a água não é ou não estava aquecida. O apartamento foi sem duvida o mais equipado onde estive, desde temperos, papel higiénico e de cozinha a grande variedade de louça e utensilios de cozinha. Quando voltar ao Grand Massif sem duvida que vou repetir este Airbnb

Beautiful Chalet. Gorgeous surroundings. Very clean, tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds specially after long days of skiing. Fully equipped kitchen. Amazing host. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely recommend it.

Agnes and her husband are good people. They gave great instructions for checking in and were honest, reliable and quick to help when we had a question. The apartment has a special view of Mont Blanc and is well-located. It is close to the Midi and on a quiet street and a 5-10 minute walk to the train station. We really appreciate being able to stay and the price was more than reasonable. I recommend staying here without hesitation. Thank you very much

I had a lovely stay and would happily stay here again. The place was comfortable and steps away from the Brevent gondola. WiFi was sufficient for working remotely. Kevin was very kind and responsive. Note that the place is at the top of a hill, so if you plan on skiing a resort other than Brevent, I would bring a backpack so you can wear normal shoes to walk into town and carry them while you ski.

Hôte très accueillant, appartement parfaitement équipé et propre. L'appartement est idéalement situé si vous souhaitez profiter de la Riviera, mais aussi si vous souhaitez pouvoir visiter la Gruyère ou une partie du Valais. Je reviendrai et je recommande grandement.

Very helpful host, easy to find, very convienient, ski locker easy. Ski hire right under the appartment (walk in via the lobby) and a discount on ski hire! All very easy and good value. Plus right next to the bus stop for easy access to resort areas.

Julien est un hôte super , très bon échange par sms avant notre arrivée! Julien nous avait bien expliqué où nous garer , le code de l’immeuble et de la boîte à clé ! Le logement est entièrement conforme à la description ! Très facile d’accès ! Le linge de lit / bain était prêt pour notre arrivée ! Encore merci pour la dispo Julien ! Peut être à bientôt !!

Super week-end dans ce studio, bien aménagé, équipé et avec une chouette déco et tout était propre ! Très pratique d'avoir le placard de rangement et la petite terrasse à l'extérieur. Arrivée facile et la résidence est sympathique, même si les murs ne sont pas très épais 😉 Nous recommandons fortement !

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

convenient location between Chamonix-Centre and Argentiere in a quiet part of Chamonix-Les Praz, Access to Ski Area Flegere in walking distance or Minibus in 1 min distance from Apartment, short car ride to Argentiere/ Grands Montets, small shops, BArs and Restaurants in walking distance/ Les Praz, Chamonix centre also short ride. Semaine ensoleillée, nous avons profité de la terrasse et surtout de la vue magnifique . Le petit chemin pour arriver à chamonix est super agréable le long de l'eau, loin de la route. Piscine un peu froide mais assez grande pour se réchauffer en faisant des longueurs. Espace intérieur très confortable

Super logement. Nous y étions pour une compétion de Danse sur glace de ma fille et la piscine était fort agréable pour se détendre. Les lits des enfants étaient déjà fait à notre arrivé. Tout était propre. Encore merci

Our stay was great! The hosts were responsive and super helpful! The location was great and just a few minute walk from the center of the city. Plenty of ski rental stores around, not much to complain about. We expected it to be ski in ski out, but unfortunately the ski area next door was closed down for the season (as there was no snow left on the ground!)- which obviously was just lack of planning/research on our part, but it was just a 15 minute walk or 7 minute bus ride to the mountain from the home. Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!
