A real little atypical and charming cocoon. Everything is decorated with taste and care. Attentions that make you happy and that make the difference, the pre-heated Nordic bath, bed linen with a good clean smell, ditto for towels, a bottle of sparkling wine, the essentials kit. A few small downsides; the barbecue was unfortunately unusable because it was not cleaned at all. The floors had not been scrubbed by the previous tenants. The memory foam mattress in the master bedroom creates a hollow so it is impossible to sleep there without pain. We had to clean the ping-pong table and the foosball table completely covered with plaster dust. Note that the only heating on the ground floor is from the stove so it's a real logistics issue to plan for and the mornings were very cool. For even more comfort for families, a small barrier can be added at the level of the staircase for the safety of children and animals. Ventilation for the bathroom.

Beautiful house at the gates of Chambery. Very close to the highway exit but in a very green and quiet area. Beautiful outdoor spaces and a hot tub already warm upon our arrival. Lots of kitchen accessories and games for entertainment. Very proactive, responsive and friendly host. In short, everything was perfect :)

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

Just had a wonderful week’s stay at the Loft. Beautiful views of Lake Annecy and the chalet apartment was the perfect accommodation for a very comfortable and relaxed stay. It is very well equipped and positioned to enjoy all aspects of Annecy town and the lake, even the one hour drive to visit Chamonix for the day is relaxed. Patricia is without doubt the nicest, most welcoming and hospitable Airbnb host we have encountered in all of our Airbnb stays, just a lovely person. We highly recommend and will visit again. Beautiful house and setting! Perfect for a group of friends...Many amenities that make the stay enjoyable (hot tub, billiards, foosball...) Sébastien is very friendly and his cat is lovely. I would highly recommend it!

Hervé's place is well located. Very quiet residence and close to Lac du Bourget. The accommodation is well kept and functional. Small inconvenience, the living room is not really set up for a long stay for 4 people. Hervé is responsive to her hosts' requests. Great hosting, I would recommend it.

Cozy cocoon, well-appointed with a peaceful exterior. The decoration is neat and warm. The accommodation is very functional, well-equipped and comfortable bedding. The garden is fenced for our four-legged friends. At the "End of the World" you have access to the river a few meters away.

We had a pleasant stay in this fully equipped cottage, perfect for 16 people! It is located in the heart of the resort, at the start of the ski slopes and hiking trails. The welcome was (very) warm (the wood stove was lit for our arrival). We highly recommend this great listing!

We lived in this temporary accommodation for a month and a half while waiting to find a permanent home. The setting is idyllic and met our expectations. Close to the city center by car, walk all around and surrounded by nature. A relaxing, restful place with super nice hosts. Very responsive to requests and a friendly side. I would recommend it 100%. We spent a week at the end of February with six of my friends. We were very well hosted, in person, by Mrs. Favre. I have received simple and clear instructions on the use of the property and its amenities and am satisfied with the interaction I have had. The house is very comfortable and there is, indeed, no hot water problem. The temperature remains constant even without a fire after the sunset. Amenities work well and the kitchen is provided enough to help prepare small dishes. In conclusion, this house allowed us to have a beautiful week, thank you again!
