Two parking spots in the closed and secure courtyard. Ten minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains. Lots of hikes nearby. Shops five minutes away. Bright, pleasant and well-equipped house. Nestled in the heart of the mountains in the hamlet of Lovettaz, our 90m² home can accommodate up to 4 guests and is a perfect retreat for nature lovers. Start your day on the balcony with breathtaking mountain views and enjoy relaxing evenings on the terrace. The Doriaz waterfall (just a 10-minute walk from the house) is the ideal spot to chill out by the water or take a refreshing dip. There are also numerous hiking trails starting right from the doorstep.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent a part of our carefully renovated house. It sits in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the La Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are steps away from the house. The Rivieralp leisure center, with its eco-friendly swimming area, is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an additional €8.

Independent studio in house.

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. A parking space is available in front of the studio to charge electric cars (10 euros for charging, to be paid on site). Thermal cars will need to park on the street 20m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a Senseo coffee machine with pods. The studio has a 140 cm x 190 cm bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children (see description). The studio is air-conditioned in the summer.
