Reality is even better than the photos. A very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything is within walking distance and Mont Saint Michel is a 20-minute drive. It's great to be there early. Recommended.

Gérard is a very available host, very responsive and with good advice! It's nice to be hosted by the owner (very friendly) We had a great sunny stay, the apartment matches the photos no unpleasant surprises, the equipment, bed linen, towels, everything is there for a perfect stay! It is furnished with great taste and with quality linen!On the contrary, nothing is missing, the garage is an essential asset, the residence is very quiet and clean, as is the apartment, not to mention the shops nearby. Amazing view and apartment as advertised!! Perfect communication and lots of flexibility on arrival time and the ability to leave luggage before leaving. We will come back without hesitation!

Laeticia let us access our accommodation before the scheduled time. The Airbnb is tastefully decorated and has beautiful equipment, it is also very functional! The amenities are great, heated pool, tennis court and small farm. Only small thing to repeat, the rules for household chores are a little excessive. "It's noted to dust the decorative elements" when we stayed 2 nights. They insist a lot on us taking the cleaning help because I quote "the cleaning done by the guests themselves is never done professionally. We strongly recommend that you take the cleaning package"

Warm welcome, Dominique makes sure everything is clear if there are any questions, very accommodating and available! The accommodation is close to the train station and not very far from the historic center, close to the theater, shops, restaurants... While being in a very quiet alley, it's really nice! And on top of that, the place is cute, I felt good there!

We enjoyed Yvan's place very much. It is close to the beautiful city beach and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Opposite is a supermarket, pharmacy and other shops serving everyday needs. Location is quiet. The bedroom goes into the pretty garden. The apartment is lovingly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We would gladly come back.

Very pleasant accommodation, well arranged with large rooms (bathroom bedroom living room), very bright. The kitchen is nice with a large worktop . Between house and apartment. The shower is powerful and very hot. The well heated apartment. The ceiling height really gives the impression of well-being, very bright, well heated, tastefully decorated, cocooning effect assured. 1st and last floor (of only 4 steps), it feels like a house. Windows are elevated from the street. The garage focused a little low but deep and wide is a plus on this paid parking street (toyota corolla break, you can open the trunk without touching the ceiling). superb moment in the accommodation.

This is the second year we have stayed at François's, it is a real pleasure to come back, the accommodation is functional, very comfortable, good location in the district of St Servan where everything can be reached on foot, within the city walls and easily accessible on foot as well. Private parking space, a significant plus. François is a very welcoming host, he listens to his tenants and is responsive if needed. We sincerely hope to return next year.

Exceptional stay!! 😍😍😍 The house and the property are even more amazing in real life than in photos even if these are still very attractive already... Hosts are proactive, warm and available while being discreet. The biquettes will undoubtedly appeal to young and old alike. Our next stay is already in preparation and the place is all found. Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Étienne and Valérie are welcoming, available and yet discreet hosts. We had a great week in the townhouse of their residence, clean, very well equipped and with the fenced garden and terrace which are really a plus, especially for our dog! The quiet environment, the Carrefour Market a three-minute walk away and the beach a 7-minute walk away also make it a perfect place for holidays. Close to intra muros and 20 minutes from Cancale by car. I highly recommend this rental for a couple who likes to take long walks or a family with two children. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Very nice accommodation, identical to the photos. Beachfront apartment ideal for fishing or the beach. 10 min drive from the intramuros. All amenities nearby. Very well furnished apartment, very clean with all amenities (much more than in other rentals). Really nothing to say. We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Very well located: Saint-Malo intramural 10 minutes' walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road… Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in managing the departure and arrival. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. We hope to be able to stay longer in the near future. I would recommend this place ideally located 200m from a beautiful beach, at the foot of a bus stop that takes you directly to Saint Malo Intramuros. The accommodation is very good, functional and comfortable. And in addition, there is a very good restaurant on the ground floor.
