Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande

We stayed in Anne's apartment for the French Junior Swimming Championships and it was perfect. It is well located and close to the Bréquigny swimming pool. Super apartment, clean, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated. Anne is very responsive and was really very accommodating for our departure. Recommended.

We had a great stay. We primarily chose it because of the convenience of free private parking under the building which was very convenient, but also found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rennes and there is a nearby pharmacy, grocery store and plenty of other shops too. It is also very close to the Musée de Bretagne and library which was great for our young son. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed in the kitchen too.

A very nice functional accommodation (including professionally), pleasant and well placed geographically, with all the amenities you need inside and in very good condition, a wooded balcony, a very convenient and secure location for the vehicle. The most, this bouquet of spring flowers upon arrival! And a few fresh eggs!! It was a real pleasure to meet Pascal and Marie-Claire, very attentive hosts. A big thank you for their welcome and the pleasure of coming back to this accommodation or just having a coffee, if passing by. Obvious recommendation!

Anne's stay was great, we enjoyed the safe harbor she offers us. The surroundings are quiet, the small garden and balcony make you feel in an open space. The apartment is super bright and well provided for cooking. Being by bike, a lot of things are accessible with a few pedals, with the docks for a stroll and a nearby guinguette. It was a pleasure and little bonus for the board games available 😉 Thanks again to Anne for entrusting us with her home for our stay.

The host sent us clear instructions before we arrived and she leaves plenty of useful information in a binder available. The accommodation is right in the center while being quiet thanks to the small courtyard. That's great. Nadine's makes you feel at home, it's warm, clean, it has everything you need for a great stay.

We had a lovely week at this atypical house. Kids enjoyed the bed/cabin area and their "queen beds". We were able to enjoy the veranda, ideal for playing, the green garden, as well as the starry August sky (no neighborhood lighting!). Thank you Marie

Great, the house is as described. Clean, new and functional. We only needed to sleep there, but there is a kitchen with all the appliances.

Great cottage, Franck is very welcoming, everything was perfect, nothing to say, I recommend it without hesitation.

We had a great time, in a very quiet environment and close to the metro, shops and Roazhon Park. The hosting was very nice and friendly. The apartment is superb, functional and well-equipped, in short our Breton stay punctuated by the Green Marathon was great, thank you to Margaux and Arnaud for the welcome.

We were warmly welcomed by Anne and given a tour of the cottage. She is very helpful and immediately available for questions. Everything perfectly clean, new and stylishly furnished with very good taste. The property is completely closed with walls and fence. Perfect for our boys to play.
