Vacation rentals with a kayak in Saint-Hippolyte

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The house was pet friendly and beautifully decorated. Area was peaceful and safe. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

I highly recommend the place - interiors excellent, host very friendly and to the point, surroundings are serene and tranquil. Space wise, it’s not for more than 11 people in my opinion. 5 dedicated bedrooms for 2 persons each and then 1 more bedroom in the basement but the bed is wall to wall, so good enough for 1 bachelor. Really good couches but wouldn’t recommend them to sleep overnight unless you’re trying to cut on budget. Definitely didn’t feel like it’s good enough for 19 people as advertised, good that we were just 12 with a kid. In a nutshell, bet your money on it if you’re planning a peaceful vacation for 11 people. Thanks Renato!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour chez Chantal et Sylvie. Tout est extrêmement propre et agréable. Le logement est très bien équipé. Le barbecue et le brasero ont été utiles pour se préparer un bon dîner. Agréable aussi ce feu de cheminée! Je recommande.

I have to say—it was absolutely top-notch! The place was clean, peaceful and exactly as described. The location was also super convenient, with all the grocery stores just a short walk or drive away. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful yet convenient, perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. Amazing, well kept place. Had a great fully stocked kitchen. A lot of large and comfortable beds. But warning the small road to the cottage has a lot of pot holes. The lake is very nice and the dock is large and well kept. Just a long and steep walk to the lake, so a little slippery if it has rained.

Nous avons eu un séjour extraordinaire, la maison est immense, très bien équipée, très propre et que dire de l’emplacement et de la vue!! Il y a des poules et des lapins en prime sur place. La communication est facile avec Josée, elle est très attentionnée! Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus!!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Olivia's place. Between the lake (with kayak and paddle boat), games room, sauna, jacuzzi, and plenty of quiet outdoor seating options, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Dining table is a perfect place for a large family to enjoy meals. The Group's communication was always speedy and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Amaras Chalet direkt am See in Chertsey. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch und perfekt zum Entspannen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar und mit dem Auto kommt man bequem in die Umgebung, um die schöne Gegend zu erkunden. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass Amara uns zur Ankunft Wasser bereitgestellt hat, falls wir es nicht rechtzeitig in den Supermarkt schaffen. Eine wirklich liebevolle Geste! Amara war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das kleine Chalet am See nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Paul and Julia are great hosts. The cottage is so beautiful, quiet and cozy, and the surrounding lake view is absolutely wonderful. Lac Chapleau is so gorgeous and we had a great time with the kayaks. Everything about it made for the perfect summer getaway, highly recommend!

As always, John’s place was stellar. This is our 4th stay as a family. What started as a spontaneous stay, has now become a family tradition. We plan to go for years to come!

Chris’s place is one of the best stay’ve been to. Some of the highlights were as follows but for us the biggest was the tiny little waterfall and steam next to the house. With windows open, the perpetual sound of water flowing through the stream was out of nature’s best book!! Other highlights included: - Gorgeous and spic clean home - Lots of ways you can engage kids - Completely equipped home from kitchen to baths, to games, to kayaks - Chis was always available to support and respond. The only negative we’ve experienced was that house could be better equipped against mosquitoes. We could barely enjoy the gorgeous outdoors deck or the hot-tub due to mosquitoes. We certainly dont expect Chirs can take care of them all, but some more measures like covering the bath tub area or upper deck would make the place like a dream!! That said, we are ever so thankful for the opportunity to stay here, and what’ll always be a cherished memory!

Super beau week-end dans ce magnifique chalet, tout était parfait selon-moi. La vue, le foyer, le bel espace ouvert. Place paisible, propre et les hôtes ont étés super gentils avec nous. Je recommande et j’y retournerai certainement avec ma petite famille! Merci encore.

Nous sommes venues quelques jours en couple afin de nous reposer. Le logement est un havre de paix. Il est très bien équipé, la literie est très confortable. Le logement est bien pensé et la communication avec les hôtes en amont et pendant a rendu le séjour d'autant plus agréable. C'est de loin notre meilleure expérience Airbnb. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

C'était parfait pour notre famille de 8 personnes : 2 grands-parents, 1 papa & ses 2 enfants, un couple et leur enfant unique. Reste à savoir que le divan-lit est en fait 2 lits simples, donc ne prévoyez pas mettre un couple là-dessus ! Mais le matelas de sol est en fait un petit lit double, donc vous pouvez vous en sortir en mode 2 couples + 6 enfants. L'aire commune est très bien adaptée avec les divans et fauteuils, c'est bien cozy et chaleureux avec le foyer. Toute la famille a grandement apprécié les petits détails de l'hôte, on voit qu'il est très organisé et réfléchi.

the location was amazing and the house looked and felt so good. things I would recommend: although it says it's for up to 10 people, you have to be comfortable sharing a bed with 1 to 3 people (in the bunk bed room). I think 6-8 people would be more comfortable for the beds. but the place has two living rooms, a firepit area and an exterior couch so you have plenty of room to chill. another thing : bring more blankets, cloths and towels . there isn't a lot ! great place overall, id come back

Great place, wonderfull chalet, wanted to stay longer

First trip with a newborn. Had a wonderful time. Clean and pristine. Everything we needed was available. Amazing views of the lake. Perfect for a family.

My second time visiting Boldairpur, and just as wonderful as the first. The tiny homes are always spotlessly clean and are equipped with anything you’d need. Everyone is so welcoming, including Leeloo and the cats. The location is perfect and having access to a clean bathroom generously equipped with towels is a bonus. The highlight of our stay was being accompanied on an hour walk by the orange and tortoise shell kittens who are the best of friends and straight out of a story book. Thank you to all the residents and Josée for the friendly greeting. We’ll be back soon!

Beautiful chalet and terrain, it was well-equipped with lots to do to relax and have a good time close to nature (even when our weekend plans got hit by thunderstorms!). The hot tub is nicely positioned on the hill to enjoy the trees and the night sky. Friendly host; we felt quite welcome and everything was easy to figure out. Nice kitchen setup, too.

Second visit to this lovely home. Very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Took advantage of the hot tub, had a campfire and spent time on the deck with friends. Loved the fenced in area for the dogs! Highly recommend!

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre enchanteur! Le chalet en bois rond est magnifique, baigné de lumière grâce à une fenestration abondante. Le calme des lieux, le foyer intérieur, les animaux qui se promènent librement autour… tout était réuni pour un ressourcement total. On a même gratté un peu de guitare au coin du feu — un moment magique. On repart le cœur léger et rempli de belles énergies. Merci pour cette belle escapade!

Superbe séjour dans un chalet atypique en bord de lac, nous étions 3 couples très pratique car chacun a pu avoir sa propre salle de bain et des lits queen size. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Logement très pratique
