The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. Located in an impasse the environment is quiet and the accommodation is surrounded by a small private and enclosed garden. In summer you can enjoy the garden table. The studio is composed of a single room with a bed and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette and a separate shower room. Bed linen and towels are included. for 2 people who each want a bed the supplement is 10euros. Breakfast can be served in the room.
