The studio is new, living room, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one for one person. Wifi sometimes delicate due to the situation of the village. Ideal for a single couple with a child or another adult. Here is peace and space with a beautiful view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, spread over two floors. Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

La Clémensarde Gîte, large capacity. Auvergne

Combrailles Auvergne: between the lakes and volcanoes of Auvergne, spacious country cottage, 4 bedrooms. Capacity 12 people + babies in baby cot (possibility of other optional beds). Nearby winter sports resorts (Besse, Mt Dore...), spa towns (Vichy, Royat, La Bourboule), Vulcania, hiking trails. Fully equipped, this family home was renovated by us, we lived in it for a long time and now wish to share it in a "vintage", quiet and peaceful setting.

Quiet house / pool / sauna / unobstructed view!

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

Nest with a natural atmosphere

You will be at an altitude of 530 meters, in a quiet, hilly and diverse environment. In a locality of thirty inhabitants, close to major roads, you will find every comfort, in an authentic and natural style with new amenities (2023). The atypical layout retains the characteristics of the original property and reserves room for two. Facing south, the green outdoor space will complete the 60 m2 of the accommodation.
