Bernard and Monique's house is a lovely house, very well arranged, well heated, perfectly located close to the sea. The layout is perfect for a family with the possibility for parents to benefit from a separate bedroom and bathroom, and for children to be well settled on the first floor… The hospitality is both warm and respectful of the hosts. It's a great place and we'll be happy to go back.

A relaxing week, the accommodation has all the necessary amenities to spend beautiful moments with family or groups of friends. Very nice places to visit in the area. Isabelle and her husband are very nice people, I recommend it!

Happy with my family stay with my little cat at Mélanie and Benoit's,a bright ,clean ,functional quiet accommodation,and relaxing with everything nearby I didn't know Royan but we were able to do everything on foot and have a good time looking forward to coming back! House in the middle of the village

Check-in via lockbox is easy. The house is situated in a backyard and is accessible by a quite narrow passage. We were in a BMW X3 and you have to maneuver a little to the driveway into the open garage, but it is doable. Since all the shopping, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes, the car stopped all week. The house is relatively new and well built and equipped. The lower floor with living room and open kitchen has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a toilet and is equipped with floor heating. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom, one bedroom for up to 4 children with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and a toilet. Here are electric radiators. There is a terrace with large table and chairs and also a gas grill. The house fully corresponds to the description. Valery visited us and personally welcomed us. All in all, great.

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

Very well equipped cottage with a large garden very well fenced which is perfect with a dog. The accommodation is perfectly located to visit the main sites of the area. Roselyne was very clear in the explanations and very friendly. I would recommend this place and we'll be back with pleasure.

A very peaceful stay with the family for Christmas. Very good recommendations on places to visit and a delicious pineau in the fridge as soon as we arrive (do not hesitate to taste the rest of their production, we were impressed) thank you Dolorès for your welcome as well as your husband. The accommodation is spacious, really well equipped whether in the kitchen or bathroom. In summer, the terrace must be a real asset! We will come back without hesitation!
