It is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, freezer fridge), you will have a barbecue and you will have access to the pool which is shared. This home is quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful 250 m2 stone farmhouse located 1 km from the center of Sommières, the capacity is 17 beds (23 beds if you rent the 2nd cottage). 30 min to the sea (La Grande-Motte), 30 min to Montpellier, 25 min to Nimes, 25 min to Anduze. Sommières is a medieval village with a lot of festivities in summer season (night market, summer, Féria) and bullfighting events. Restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops are located in Sommières.

Located in Mas de Londres, 40 minutes from the beaches, 25 minutes from Montpellier and 15 minutes from the river. 2 minutes from all amenities (supermarket, bakery, tobacco, gas station, etc.) Close to beautiful vineyards, hiking trails and climbing sites or the prettiest picturesque village in the area. A lake is located less than 3 km from the villa.
