Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Grégoire

My family and I loved staying at Marie Claire’s gite. It was clean, comfortable, homely and beautiful! Marie Claire was there to welcome us and her and her husband were very friendly and helpful. It felt very good value for money. We didn’t want to leave and hope to stay again one day. Thank you Marie Claire!

We had a great time at Patrick's place, the accommodation is very spacious and very clean. The house is very well-equipped, you won't lack anything! The bedrooms and bedding are a great point, the bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped. There is also plenty of tidying up in the space which is a significant plus! Everything is like the photos and the amenities shown in the listing are the same. The property is very spacious, the garden too, great for spending some time outside enjoying (football, children's swing...), the neighborhood is very quiet for a little rest it's the best of the best! Another big thank you to Chrystèle who welcomed us and showed us around the house:), the explanations were clear and accurate. Thanks again for the help you were able to give us during our stay and with responsiveness! I would recommend it without second thought:).

Very authentic, beautifully renovated longiere in northern Brittany. It is a great location to visit Ille-et-Vilaine, northern Brittany and Normandy, including Mont Saint-Michel, and St. Malo. You have all the essentials for a relaxing vacation: soft mattress, warm, steady shower, ambient fireplace, cozy kitchen and pretty garden. Located in a little hamlet, it is quiet yet close to small towns, grocery store, gas station and restaurants. We ate out several times only a few miles from the home. We would definitely recommend a stay at Dagmar & Guy’s nice home!

I stayed with my partner and child, the property was fantastic and very peaceful. We enjoyed the hospitality afforded to us by the great hosts. The property is lovely and surrounded by the glorious French countryside. We look forward to returning.

Accommodation that met our expectations. Patricia and her husband are very friendly and responsive! The accommodation is well equipped to accommodate children and the dogs are happy to frolic in a fully fenced ground! We had a lovely stay ☺️

Beautiful quiet house, ideal for families or friends, the outdoor setting is beautiful, very well connected, large garden ideal for young and old.

A tastefully furnished duplex. It feels like home with the addition of a little Christmas decoration that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for visiting the pretty city of Dinan on foot! I recommend it without a second thought.

Jean-Pierre's apartment is located in a place 5 minutes' walk from the station, very easy to reach, on the 4th floor with an elevator, the check-in and check-out times are flexible. Jean-Pierre is a very kind and friendly host who will try to accommodate our requests. We enjoyed having afternoon tea and cooking our own dinner in the apartment and walking for 15 minutes to the lively town area, we enjoyed our stay and recommended for travelers traveling to Rennes.

Hello There were 4 of us who came especially for the National Animation Film Festival. The apartment is charming in this old house. Excellent location. Supermarket, bakeries nearby. Saturday morning market. Very clean. Really nice and very good responsiveness from Ael. I would recommend it in a second. And if you want to park there are weekly packages in the nearby parking lot.

Great apartment in the heart of Sainte-Anne! The apartment is very charming and the location is really great (you hear a lot of noise in the apartment since it's right in the center but that's normal!) Very clean, tidy and thank you so much for the very fluid communication :)

Had a great time at this studio in Vitré! The city is really charming and pleasant, with many quaint little streets to explore. The location of the studio is perfect, offering a breathtaking view of the castle, which adds a real charm to the whole. The studio is clean, well maintained and very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this studio for a stay in Vitré!

We had a great time at Sebastien's place. The accommodation is very nice and ideally located (15mn St Malo, 15mn Dinan). The communication with Sébastien went very well. He recommended several nearby hikes. I would this property.

Great stay with friends in the big house. Very simple and clear communication with Emmanuel. The place was very functional for 12 people. We also enjoyed the accessible games. The proximity to Dinan and even Rennes was a plus too. We would highly recommend it and will gladly come back :)

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

We had a great weekend, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the time it did during our stay! The house was perfect for six adults and a child, a large living room and space for everyone! We were very well hosted by Virginia, she was attentive and available. A beautiful area to visit!

We were in (big) family to celebrate our parents/ grandparents' 80th birthday. Close to Rennes (30 min), the "closerie" is a magical place by the beauty of its buildings and its park, which perfectly met our expectations. Large tables on covered terraces, fun and sporting activities around the pool and in the park, nearby walks on the locks of the Rance,... Spacious, very clean and very well equipped, the enclosure is a turnkey place to take "the key to the fields" With a little extra: Daniele's warm and caring welcome!
