Cannot recommend Jean François' place enough! I am definitely staying here again should I return to Rennes for another visit. A super private flat in the city center. Easy to find, easy to navigate within the building as well as felt very secure. The place was very clean and comfortable. Jean François was very communicative and helpful with checking in. Very happy with my stay.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in old central part of Rennes. Isabelle is a wonderful host, has thought of everything, even a hair straightener in the bathroom. I had originally booked a hotel room but as soon as I saw the pictures and location of this I had to stay here. Would happily return and recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful space in Rennes to explore all that it has to offer.

Although we did not meet Emilie in person, the communication was very good and friendly, she always responded very quickly! The duplex apartment was very clean and cozy. Access to the sleeping area may be a little complicated for people who are not so mobile. The bed, blanket and pillows were comfortable, but with 1.40 m width a little too narrow for me. During our stay, it was very warm in Rennes, which led to a high temperature in the sleeping area. However, a fan is available. The location is central and with a balcony overlooking the canal. The first restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away. Parking the car in the backyard may not be so easy for larger cars. For my husband, with our VW Golf, it was no problem. We were the only ones who parked there during our stay! On our next visit to Rennes, we will be happy to come back to Emilie

We arrived on the evening of the first day. Everything was impeccable and functional. The keys were easily accessible and we were able to settle in immediately. The apartment is lovely. Complete equipment for a comfortable stay. It is located in the city center of Rennes, next to Place Ste Anne and the Couvent des Jacobins and the beautiful Parc de Thabor with its rose garden. The TV is a smart TV and you can easily connect to our Netflix or TF1+ account!

Excellent location, in the pedestrian heart of Rennes and 2 steps from the metro. Charming accommodation in a picturesque building, and very quiet despite its central location.

Very peaceful accommodation, with a jacuzzi which is a real asset. We really enjoyed the presence of the birds in front of the house. The city is quiet and has the necessary shops for a perfect weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a pleasant stay in Fougères, a very pretty town, beautiful walks to do, Beautiful shops, good restaurants The accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance, castle, parks... Very nice accommodation, with an xxl shower, jacuzzi, comfortable bedding, Manuel is a very responsive and pleasant host. I would definitely recommend Manuel's place

We spent 2 nights in the Soleil Levant room which is tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the surrounding environment and enjoyed the jacuzzi as well as the sauna available to us in the common areas. Jessica's welcome and communication were very warm. We recommend it 200%.
