Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint-Gilles

Dimitri is an incredible host, always approachable and responsive. The apartment is very well appointed and recently renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Added bonuses are a spacious, sunlit, very private deck with dining table and chairs as well as a separate den with desk and chair. The property is very centrally located, walkable to the Midi and Central train stations, the Palais Justice, and the Grand Place among the other nearby sites. There are a Lidl and restaurants on the street along with very interesting retail outlets and higher end art and antique shops. While very alive during the day and evening the street is extremely quiet overnight. The separate bedroom like the den overlooks the street but there is little sound from the street overnight. We spent a very enjoyable month and highly recommend Dimitri's place for long or short stays. Thank you again Dimitri for providing such a wonderful abode and for your extreme kindness and assistance during our stay.

This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

O local e a localização correspondia ao que estava descrito no anúncio e nas avaliações de outros hóspedes. O apartamento é bem espaçoso, ótimos utensílios domésticos para utilizar, estava super limpo e a localização é bem próxima da estação de trêm/metrô - que era o que estávamos procurando. O único ponto de atenção é que tem alguns andares de escadas para subir. Se tiver muitas malas e com criança, fica um ponto difícil. Mas é férias, então tá tudo certo! O bairro não é muito interessante e me senti inseguro algumas vezes, mas é bem movimentado e de fácil acesso. Há mercado há 10 minutos do apartamento e é fácil chegar lá.

We had a fantastic stay at Charlotte’s Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — right near the heart of Brussels and just steps away from great shops and restaurants, yet still quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and surprisingly toddler-friendly, which made our stay so much easier. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft, high-quality sheets, and the shower had amazing pressure — always a plus! We also really appreciated the flexibility with check-out, which made a big difference on our travel day. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Brussels. We’d definitely stay again!

Très bel appartement, placé à 10min à pied de la gare du midi et proche de nombreux transports en commun pour rejoindre facilement le reste de la ville. Alexandre répond très rapidement aux questions et nous a fait nous sentir particulièrement bienvenus. Nous recommandons vivement!

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Bruxelles: camera arredata in maniera impeccabile, pulita e con una posizione centrale rispetto al centro storico e a pochi passi dal Quartiere Europeo. Gli host si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili, permettendoci di fare check-in anche prima dell’orario previsto.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons au Cottage. Catherine est une hôte prévenante, assurément gentille et disponible. La maison est sublime et sentait bon la lavande à notre arrivée... L'environnement est très agréable , calme, propice à la relaxation avec une vue imprenable sur les champs où des animaux se promènent. Nous reviendrons une 3 ème fois 🥰

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

We felt very comfortable during our stay. The house is a spacious three-story building with steep stairs, so keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns. You have to pass through the owner’s home to get to the rental, which was no problem for us. The place was very clean and well-maintained, everything was in great condition. On the first day, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The house is perfectly equipped for families with young children — there were many baby-friendly items like a crib, high chair, and plenty of toys. It truly felt adapted for babies and ideal for families. The neighborhood is pleasant and conveniently located, with everything close by.

The house was very elegant and well-appointed, with lovely historic details as well as modern amenities. The bathrooms in particular were beautifully-done, with excellent features like a large tub and shower stall. The hosts were very welcoming and left plenty of information about the house, the neighbourhood, and various things to do in the city. It does have a lot of narrow stairs - if you have any mobility issues that make it difficult to climb stairs, it could be an issue, but it is a historic home with many original features still intact, so it adds to the flavour. The neighbourhood was lively, if a bit noisy at times, and there were many good restaurants nearby. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, so it wasn't too difficult to get around. I also have to put in a good word for the hosts, who were extremely helpful when I had a question about where to find a drugstore after 8pm, when most local places were already closed. Thank you!

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es fehlt einem an nichts. die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Maryam ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin die sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert hat. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur mehr als empfehlen.

We voelden ons welkom in het mooie, ruime appartement. De buitenruimte was een fijne extra bonus. Alles is aanwezig en het contact met Amaury was heel fijn. Een aanrader is het fantastische park in de buurt met het water. En natuurlijk Brussel en Waterloo. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad hier en raden het appartement van harte aan.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and it was very comfortable.

Olivier was helpful and responsive, and it was a great place to stay for a few days. The bathroom and elevator up were admittedly a bit tight, but it was enough space to maneuver with just the two of us. This location is located very close to Merode station which was handy to get around. It can be a bit loud if there are concerts in the nearby park (as was the case for our stay), but they ended well before midnight so it was not a major problem. Definitely recommended if you can book this AirBnB!

Large,clean and modern apartment. Easy walking distance to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Building access was easy with a large elevator and electric key codes. It was a good fit for 4 of us and had a full size fridge for food stuffs.

The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Prima verblijf en een fijne host! Bij aankomst zagen we helaas dat het gas in het gehele gebouw was afgesloten in verband met een lek, iets waar de host niets aan kon doen natuurlijk. De host had dit ook gezien en heeft proactief aangeboden om een elektrische kookplaat langs te komen brengen als vervangen. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad op deze locatie!

Emplacement juste « parfait »!!!! On a pu faire tout à pied. Très bon restaurant à proximité. Quartier dynamique! Très bel appartement sur trois niveaux. Très agréable. Literie confortable.

Es war wunderschön in diesem herrlichen Herrenhaus. Allerdings muss man fit sein: die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und durch die hohen Decke ist es gefühlt ein Weg in den 5. Stock! Da war es super nett, dass der Gastgeber meine Tasche hochgetragen hat zur Begrüßung. Ein kleiner Nachteil der oberen Wohnung ist auch - wie auf den Fotos auch zu erkennen - dass es kein Fenster gibt, aus dem man direkt raussehen kann. Aber wettgemacht wurde dies durch die Möglichkeit, das Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss samt Terrasse und Garten mitzubenutzen. So hatten wir dort einen schönen Osterbrunch: vielen Dank!
