The loft perfectly meets the requirements for business and tourist life. Cozy bedroom, functional kitchen with kitchenware, workspace and dining area. The Internet is enough for videos and special programs. The location next to the southern railway station ensures optimal use of public transport. On Sundays, an almost oriental bazaar with cheap products can add significant variety to the usual set of products. The English-speaking host provides maximum possible help and care. I want to come back here.

Nice flat very close to the station for transport, ideal for 1-2 people

This is by far one the the best places I’ve been to in 30 years of travelling: the loft is fantastic, it oozes character and Fabrice’s impeccable taste in decor, furniture, art, cinema and design is visible in every little detail. Fabrice is super responsive and he communicates clearly, everything is exactly as you see it in the pictures and the loft is walking distance to the centre and has lots of very good restaurants in a 5 minutes’ walking radius. The building is super safe and the area is quiet and residential; there is a handy supermarket downstairs to cover your needs. I would give it 6 stars if I could, I hope I get the chance to stay here again in the future.

Christine's loft is absolutely charming and very original! Loved my stay. Lots of space, lots of character. It feels like home. The huge canopy overlooking the grapes is surprising and ultra pleasant when, like me, you love the greenery. The garden is impeccable. Communication with Christine was very smooth, simple and friendly. Christine and her husband are very attentive (the homemade apple juice was delicious!!!). A wonderful stay!

Hannah's tastefully decorated loft was the perfect base for our weekend in Brussels. Public transport is nearby but we especially walked a lot through the different neighborhoods to the city center. Hannah was very helpful via the app and sent her friendly neighbor to help us connect our laptop to the beamer and Bluetooth.

Everything was perfect, the hospitality, the cleanliness, the quality of the bedding and amenities. A very functional and tastefully decorated little haven of peace. Public transport is a stone's throw away to reach the center of Brussels and the possibility to park your vehicle for free in front of the accommodation for the duration of the stay. We will definitely come back next time we visit Brussels.

We had a great stay in Brussels in this beautiful apartment. We appreciated the responsive communication, flexibility with check in, and the great location. Only suggestion would be to have some updated photos as the appliances in the listing were not actually available (Nespresso machine and fans upstairs).

Fantastic place, repeated already a few times, and when possible repeat again. Nice designed spacious flat at one of the nicest spots of the city, flat is located in a quiet part of the city but at walking distance from the vibrant Chatelain square where you have many nice bars and restaurants. Very easy access with tram to the city centre. Highly recommended.

spacious home with top amenities Close to the city center, great for tourist stays of a few days, close to a metro stop to go in 20 minutes to the Atomium. Only downside: the very average environment given the population that hangs in the evening in the neighborhood. I advise you to stay in the accommodation and enjoy the sauna, billiards and jacuzzi to avoid bad encounters

I stayed 5 months in Pieter’s spacious and modern apartment. I felt at home right from the beginning. The apartment is well equipped and I liked its location not being far away from the city center and close to the beautiful Tour&Taxis area. Great place to stay when you are in Brussels.

Dimitri's place was amazing for a holiday in Brussels. It's in the most beautiful neighbourhood - incredible architecture, peaceful, nice cafes and restaurants and a carrefour near by. The apartment is gorgeous inside, so stylishly designed and the space feels comfortable and cosy. It has everything you'd need, including a properly stocked kitchen (pans/plates/utensils etc) which a lot of places seem to leave out these days. It's super easy to find and access. Dimitri was also a really great host - he was really accommodating and checked in on us via message a couple of times to make sure everything was good which was really kind. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend Dimitris place to anyone holidaying in Brussels.
