Well-located house less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the center. Classified house 3* On the ground floor, very bright dining room, equipped kitchen, small living room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200 with private bathroom, closet and safe. Upstairs, bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms including 1 with a 140x200 bed and 1 other with 2 90x190 beds. Garden with patio and large terrace, gas barbecue available. Bus stop 2 minutes from the accommodation.

Ker Maïan – House close to the sea

Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean, our house is a family landmark. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its peaceful location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. You will be close to all amenities (60 m from the tourist office, 150 m from the bakery, 500 m from the grocery store and market). Beaches are less than 1 km away. For our comfort and yours, the house and its garden were completely renovated in 2023.

In the heart of a village on the Rhuys peninsula, between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean, Marc and Eric welcome you to the annex of their house with its private green terrace. You can enjoy the beaches located 2km away as well as walks on the coastal paths on the Gulf side or the ocean side. Shuttles to visit the islands are 15 min away. The location in the center of the peninsula allows you to travel by bike to discover its many villages (bike shelter available).

Our modern and fully-equipped accommodation is located in the pretty hamlet of Kersaux in Saint Gildas de Rhuys, just 2 km from the sea. Halfway between the ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan, it is a real haven of peace where you will spend a beautiful holiday! The bike paths leave directly from the house to cross the peninsula. It is 48m2 and is adjoining our main house. Guests can enjoy the terrace of 20m2 in the sun as well as the adjoining garden
