Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Old hay barn tastefully restored by its owners in 2023. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The cottage is located upstairs with access from the outside. The 4000 m2 garden is shared with our family. You have access to the garden and its facilities, barbecue, swing, petanque court and mini animal park with chickens, geese, duck and goats. Looking for a place to stay for business trips or for a stay in Cotentin. La Margotte is a duplex studio in the center of Les Pieux, located on a pedestrian street, close to all shops and restaurants. The post office parking lot is the closest (less than 100 meters). The mezzanine bed is reserved for people with great mobility but there is a bed in a sofa bed on the first level.
