Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint-Germain-en-Laye

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

Had a nice stay for a month in the apartment which is cozy, well appointed and equipped. The street is quiet and there are free parking spaces nearby. You can walk to the center of Saint-Germain-en-Laye to go to the market and find all the shops you need. Antoine is also very responsive and attentive if there are any questions.

Absolutely loved our stay being outside of Paris with an easy commute in. Beautiful place, though it had not mentioned a bathroom on the first level, I somehow had assumed with 1.5 bath noted. However the upstairs had the ability to be sectioned off to reduce noise and provide some privacy when utilizing the upstairs bathrooms. Celina and her team were very responsive. Local shops had all we needed to stay and cook in the kitchen. We do wish we had spent more time in the surrounding area. Wonderful stay, would stay again!

Katia was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. The location is amazing! It's within a 10-minute walk to the Palace, and there are many restaurants on the street from which to choose. It was fun hanging out after dinner with the windows slightly open to hear the din of the people in the street below. It was quiet at bedtime and the bed is very comfortable! There is a pedestal fan in the bedroom if you need a little airflow like we do. The two flights of stairs are not steep, but they are of course old and a little uneven, so think carefully if you have balance issues. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the Palace.

Very pleasant, quiet and well-appointed accommodation

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Beautiful appartment situated right in the heart of Versailles and only 10 minutes walk to the Palace and gardens. Honestly, the location couldnt be better. Rooms were stylishly decorated with extremely comfortable sofas and beds. We stayed for two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. Visited the Palace and Central Paris, which was easily reached using the RER train. Philippe was the perfect host, providing lots of information about local restaurants and pubs and travel advice. He sorted our car parking too. Thanks Philippe! I would highly recommend this appartment to anybody visiting Versailles or Paris

We were two families with 9 people total. There was room for one family in two bedrooms and a family for four in the upstairs bedroom. There was a toilet in every floor (3) and a great little outdoor area. Washer and dryer on the top floor in the office area of the bedroom. It was a 15 min walk from the metro station and a 2-5 min walk to a grocery store, cafe, restaurants, playground, bakery, all in an adorable neighborhood. And a river walk and river access about 5 min walk as well. Really nice stay in a very nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. Loved being on the A train line, so helpful for staying near Paris. Also went to st Germaine at the end of the A line, what a great place!

A very cozy cottage with a charming garden. A nice base to reach Paris by public transportation. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us like princes, Iteb took the time to show us the accommodation and explain how each piece of equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is just great! 14m long pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state-of-the-art massage chair! Simply awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We also had the chance to access his incredible fully-equipped cinema for a private screening that we won't forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for everything Iteb ;)

A very nice and pleasant accommodation; well located in the heart of the city. Everything is there to rest; there are many documents to organize the stay in Auvers Sur Oise and the surrounding area. That's nice.

We had a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful home. We enjoyed walks and runs along the river. Great pool. Very family friendly, our kids enjoyed all the house had to offer. Safe parking. Host was very helpful with check-in and checkout. Highly recommend. We hope to return in the near future!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We can only recommend the apartment as well as Katie's kindness and responsiveness when we arrived a little early... The apartment is ideally located in Versailles, quiet, bright and very well-equipped for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) Shops are at the foot of the beautiful building, the castle, the covered market and the RERC are 5 min away. ps: free parking on Sunday, easy to park on the street. Thank you we'll be back!

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.
