The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to shops, bakeries, and metro stations. Muy bien departamento para alojarse en París, queda cerca de los lugares turísticos y cerca de estaciones de metro que te puede llevar a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Un departamento muy acogedor y que tiene todo lo necesario para alojarse en París.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Alles bestens👍. Super zentrales, ruhiges und großes Apartment in Paris. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es alles Notwendige. Verschiedene Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markhalle, Bäcker etc. alles vorhanden. Fred ist ein sympathischer und proaktiver Gastgeber. Wir können Fred und sein Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen 👍

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

Wir haben uns in der Wohung wohlgefühlt. Sie war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kaffee usw. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Hinterhof u die Wohnung hat sogar eine kleine, eingemauerte Terrasse. Praktisch fanden wir, dass es in der Straße zahlreiche Bäcker oder kl. Lebensmittelläden gibt. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei, in ein paar Minuten ist man damit am Place de la Republique. Wir haben alle Touren mit dem Rad gemacht, hat sehr gut funktioniert, da in Paris überall Radwege installiert sind.

Our family of five stayed at Judith's apartment for 9 days in April and had a wonderful experience! She was a great host- always answered questions quickly, allowed us into the apartment early and gave us very clear instructions for arrival. The location of the apartment was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, and the metro station was right across the street. The apartment is nicely decorated and has large windows, which provided lots of sunlight. It was clealrly communicated that the owners live in the apartment, so the closets were off limits. This didn't bother us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to others, and would be happy to stay there again myself. Merci beaucoup, Judith!

My friend and I have been planning this Parisian adventure with our daughters for 14 years. We could not have found a more perfect host or accommodations. Dominique was so kind, helpful, and communicative before and during our stay. Our requirements for our apartment were for it to be comfortable, have at least three bedrooms, and to have those gorgeous windows that evoke that romantic Parisian feeling. Dominique’s apartment had everything we needed, including beautiful furnishings, artwork, curtains, linens, comfortable couches, a wall of books, a lively scene out of the front windows, and the choice to have silence by closing the modern double-paned windows. The two shower rooms made it easy for all four of us to get ready in a reasonable amount of time. This neighborhood is wonderful, charming, and delicious, and we could have spent the whole vacation exploring it. Thank you so much, Dominique- we hope to come back someday!

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Staying at Juliette's was ideal for the short visit I had. the apartment is spacious with lots of light and is in a quiet complex, groceries are right below you and the local cafe's in the area are incredible. Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
