Come and stay in this pleasant house in the quiet of the countryside. Surrounded by meadows and isolated, it is nevertheless 5 minutes from the village of St Georges sur Loire and 6 km from Chalonnes sur Loire. The house is in front of that of the owners and has a private driveway where you can park and enjoy 1200 m2 of private garden. Nature lovers, you will be served. Possibility to practice pond fishing on site (no kill only). Presence of cats, dogs, ducks, chickens around the house.

Nearby, you can discover charming villages such as Béhuard, La Pointe as well as the famous vineyards of Savennières or the Coteaux du Layon. Less than ten minutes by train you will find Angers and its castle with the Apocalypse tapestries and an hour away, Nantes.

Getaway on a cabin deck

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Located in the center of Montjean-sur-Loire, 100 m from the Loire, this former fisherman's house, beautifully restored in 2022, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay with family. On the Eurovelo 6 and Loire bike paths, this accommodation is open to everyone. The cottage is 200 m from Cap Loire, 150 m from the tourist office and 1 km from the Fief des Cordeliers and the Delaunay estate.
