Very nice little house completely renovated with all the comforts and nice decoration. Quiet environment near the marshes and the beautiful Gautrelle beach. Very responsive hosts who offered us early check-in and late checkout which was much appreciated.

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

Very nice house, very well designed and beautifully decorated. It's very comfortable which is nice when you rent in February. We were able to enjoy the garden a little and we can imagine that in summer it must be very pleasant especially since it is not overlooked. My grandchildren enjoyed the toys and books available. The proximity to the bakery is a plus for those who like hot croissants for breakfast. As for the market where you can find good products, it can also be reached on foot. The whole family enjoyed this stay at Kbane :)

Responsive host, Rental as expected, pleasant stay and well located to discover the island of Oléron. The best of the house, bikes in excellent condition and all the equipment to accommodate a baby without cluttering the trunk of the car.

We were hosted very well by Catherine. The market 200 m away is very good and open every day. Access to bike paths is hassle-free. The bike rental is a 10-minute walk away. Very convenient parking. Lockable bike storage room. We enjoyed the bottle of local aperitif wine. Everything was perfect for our short stay.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

We had a pleasant stay in the charming studio, ideally located! Close to the beach, shops and market square. Although very close to the heart of the village, the accommodation is extremely quiet! Cécile and Eric's hosting was perfect. They care about your well-being throughout the entire stay. We'll be happy to go back to this rental :-) We highly recommend this listing!

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

Very pleasant stay in a quiet area but close to beaches and the Port de la Cotinière. Small but functional and very well arranged accommodation; small terrace with enough space to dine or have breakfast. But above all a very warm welcome from our host Muriel, discreet and smiling, we wish we had more time to get to know each other. But 5 days it goes by quickly and we went, with our 7-year-old grandson, to discover the charms of this wild and beautiful island and the activities it offered us. I have to say this is one of my favourite places on AirBnB. It’s actually nicer than the photos!! And the most comfortable bed! I loved that a little shopping trolley was even provided for my trips to the boulangerie and marche! Christian was on hand to help with checking in and out. Great location! Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and bike storage are really assets when you know the difficulty (and price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 min to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good hosting. The market next door is a good point!
