Renovated Provencal Farmhouse with modern luxury

We welcome you to our rennovated stone annex situated within the family vineyard. With an extensive garden, heated pool (April till Oct) and summer kitchen you can relax with all the modern comforts. You get a real sense of being in the country side yet less than 15min to Avignon centre and TGV. We will also be happy to give you a guided tour of the vineyard and of course sample the wines. Perfectly located home offers easy access to all amenities. A 5-minute walk away you will find an Auchan supermarket, gas station, car wash, florist, hairdresser, McDonald's, restaurants, pharmacy... Close to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Avignon Festival, the Orange Chorégies, Barjac, Pont du Gard. 27 m2 accommodation consisting of an equipped kitchen, dining area, 1 bathroom, 1 sofa bed and 1 bunk bed. A parking space in front of the accommodation is for you, outdoor terrace of 16 m2.

Detached house, located in the countryside on our aborated property, near our Provencal farmhouse, where you can relax as close as possible to nature in a green setting . You can stay independently, but also enjoy our region rich in history, its terroir and outdoor activities (cycling, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, etc.). The pool is reserved for you throughout your stay from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is treated with salt, it is not heated. The village is 2 km away.

2-room apartment in a Provencal farmhouse

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

Gîte in the heart of the Boucarut vineyard

Adjacent to the old Provençal farmhouse of our estate, we offer for rent a recently renovated annex. Our domain (in organic agriculture) and the gite are located in the heart of the vineyards of Roquemaure in the Lirac appellation and very close to Avignon and the A9 freeway exit. It is a farm gite with dogs, cats and chickens, the exteriors may be rustic but the gite offers all modern comforts and shared access to the pool with us (June to September).

Le Nid is a 14th century village house, freshly renovated in the heart of the historic center of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. Ideally located to enjoy the city and its cultural monuments on foot, mixing authenticity and contemporary comfort, Le Nid is an invitation to Provençal relaxation with its plastered walls, central wooden staircase, natural stone floor and a dominant view from the bedroom over the rooftops of Villeneuve. The South is invited here.

My Cabanon

Roquemaure, near Avignon in the heart of the Cotes du Rhône vineyards. Small cocooning house near Avignon, the Vaucluse department, but also the Uzès region, Pont du Gard and Nîmes. On the ground floor, 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 toilet; Upstairs 1 master bedroom with 160 bed and 1 walk-in shower. A large terrace overlooking Mont Ventoux and Château Neuf du Pape will allow you to have a pleasant relaxing time.

The Provencal outbuilding

Restored by us, the Provençal outbuilding is in the heart of a peaceful Gard village, close to many activities (Antique Theater of Orange 10 min, Palais des Papes d'Avignon 25 min, Pont du Gard 25 min... 1h15 from the sea). Access to the rented house is via a crossing room of our house, the small garden (still under development) and the swimming pool (operational in June-July-August) are common but the rented house is completely independent

Le mas de mile - quiet cottage with private pool

If you like wide open spaces, tranquility, nature and old stones, we will be happy to host you in our simple, comfortable and authentic cottage. Close to the most beautiful sites of Provence, it is from here that you can make your most beautiful visits and taste excellent wines. The 100 m2 cottage is located in a farmhouse with character in a 3500 m2 park. You can enjoy a nap or long aperitifs under a beautiful 100-year-old hackberry tree.

Studio near Avignon in a quiet area

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis located in a small village in Gard offering all the amenities. Between Avignon and Orange, this town is the starting point for many tours, Avignon and its festival, the Pont du Gard, Nîmes... Quiet and functional, this accommodation for 2 people has a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, Wi-Fi, parking space and access to the owners' pool (two hours per day to be agreed upon)!
