Great location, nice and clean room. It is a bit on the small side... Great for 2 - small for more. The Sofa extends into bed but doesn't leave a lot of room around. The room is nice and clean, and access is easy. Very nice place to stay, a few minutes from the Town Hall and Place Jean Jaures (main town square) and Trams... Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 months at Richard's everything went well, very responsive host, his wife is also nearby, very comfortable bedding, large and functional apartment with neat decor, everything can be reached on foot, restaurants, post office, train station, bakery, park, market etc. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, I recommend it.

The room was great, when we arrived the heating was on and the room was nice and warm. The instructions for using the premises and the hot tub were perfect. We had a great night!!!
