Vacation rentals with lake access in Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée

Great rental for a family vacation. The house is well laid out and quiet, located near the village playground. Lake Castillon is very close. Many books and games have been made available. It was a very pleasant stay.

The chalet was great, beautifully finished and well kept. It was well equipped, with the only thing we thought was missing was and ice tray! Communication before & during stay was very good and we really appreciated being let in slightly early, as the Chalet was ready. The only slight inconvenience was that dure the the warm weather and the Junior World Championship Snowboarding you couldn't ski back to the chalet but could get within a 7 minute walk so wasn't too bad. The beautiful scenery & well appointed chalet more than made up for the slight inconvenience. We were very please to have booked the Chalet and it gave us just the break we needed as a family

We had a lovely stay with the family. The place is very nice, the pool was much appreciated. The stations are within easy driving distance.

A perfect place to rest! The house clean and very well equipped, the large garden where you can sit on the sunbed, close your eyes and listen to the birds and the small river that is in front of the house. Thanks to Chantal who knows her area well and gave us plenty of ideas for walks upon arrival. I recommend it to everyone and hopefully we can come back! 🙂

Amazing place! A true haven of peace, cozy and quiet. The view of the village and the valley is splendid, to be contemplated by the stove. The barn is beautifully furnished and decorated, extremely comfortable, you really feel at home there. Nothing is missing! A few minutes' walk from the center of the village but also from a magnificent stream... Hosts are extremely warm and welcoming! Huge favorite!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie's house in the mountains! Everything matches the photos exactly: the house is charming, well thought out and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city – it's quiet, peaceful and incredibly beautiful. Even though we had some problems with the electricity, Melanie was always available and helped us quickly. We particularly appreciated that everything is planned for traveling with animals – our four-legged friend felt at home. We would highly recommend this place for a stay in the heart of nature and in absolute comfort!

Pleasant house with the advantage of outdoor spaces: spacious terrace and dining/ barbecue area. Adjacent forested area. Good position for visiting the region and nearby villages: Colmars, Alloz etc... Many walks nearby. Availability appreciated by Nathalie both on arrival and departure. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful apartment, too bad there's no full mountain view from the terrace because it's located on the side of the building, otherwise it was perfect

We had a great weekend with friends with our children. We'll be happy to go back, accommodation as described, pleasant and very well soundproofed. Sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablet, dish towel and dishcloth made available to us (the vacuum cleaner did not vacuum but there was a broom and it was just missing the product to wash the floor on the day of departure but otherwise all the rest of the cleaning products were at our disposal) Laurine was very responsive every time I contacted her and thanks to Sephora for hosting us on the day of our arrival and her responsiveness also to respond to our messages or calls. Modern, functional and well-equipped apartment, well located a 5-minute walk from the center, it takes 3 stops via the free shuttle. Located at the foot of the Labrau chairlift. We recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities present in the listing (whether it's dishes or amenities related to infants). In addition, the accommodation is very clean and the view is beautiful. Audrey is a thoughtful and pleasant host. See you soon for an upcoming weekend in your apartment!
