Located 25 minutes from the Ardèche gorges, 15 minutes from Vals and less than 10 minutes from Aubenas city center. For cycling enthusiasts, the house is close to many mountain bike and road bike trails. A garage is available if necessary to park a motorcycle or bicycle.
