Vacation rentals with a pool in Saint-Épain

I wish I could have stayed longer. Sam was a fantastic host, the gites are beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. The games room and pool kept us and the children entertained. It's easy to pop out for day trips with numerous castles within easy reach. Highly recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this house! The decor is amazing, with attention to detail that creates a warm and modern atmosphere. Each room is beautifully arranged and full of charm. The host is simply adorable: very welcoming, available and attentive to our needs. We really felt at home. We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back soon!

Got a flat tire and needed somewhere to stay the night. Barbara facilitated a very early check in and her place was the perfect end to a bad day. Set within a farm among sunflower fields with no close neighbors. Even got brought a delicious baguette in the morning and made to feel extremely welcome. Lovely place and lovely host.

Armand's house has all the comforts to spend a good stay. Special mention to the garden with the pool, with its sunsets. The village where it is located is very quiet and the bakery next to the house comes very well for those breakfasts with freshly made croissants😊. Although the house does not have a parking space for the car, on the days we were staying, we had no problems parking nearby. Armand is very attentive and quick to respond. The location is perfect for visiting castles and places of interest in the Loire. We had a vacation to remember!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Flavian and Nancy’s home. They made us feel very welcome and at ease. The house is beautiful and modern with some great quirky features. It is well equip with everything you could need for your stay. The pool was clean and warm and very safe for children. The area was peaceful and had many great local shops and a big supermarket near by. The garden was private and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to holiday in this year.

Very good hospitality from Laurent and his mom. They were able to answer our questions and expectations. Gite meets our expectations, both for humans and for our four-legged companion because of the large fully fenced space. Quiet and refreshing location. Stay too short and not at the right time to enjoy the pool( pity for us). Let's think hard to go back to enjoy it and see our hosts again in order to share a drink of friendship.

Our stay went perfectly well. Our 11-year-old kids (and ourselves) loved the place, especially the outdoor structures with a very large pool in which they crazily had fun. The place is very friendly, our hosts were very nice and hospitable. Beautiful environment, the village is very friendly, for lovers of tranquility and authenticity. To discover! ps: we loved the pizzas offered by the village bar owners:-)

We had a wonderful stay at La Grange. The property was well-equipped and large enough to accommodate our family of six, including 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The garden was private and a lovely place to relax. The shared swimming pool was fantastic. We enjoyed trips kayaking on the Cher around Chenonceaux, to the chateau at Amboise (both no more than 30 minutes from the property), and to the market in the nearby medieval town of Loches, as well as walks in the forest. All highly recommended. We would love to return to the property one day and explore more of the region. Thank you Brigitte.
