House vacation rentals in Saint-Épain

We stayed a few days with friends and kids. Delohine is very responsive and we had very good communication. We've arrived autonoe. The house is true to the photos, we appreciated the beds made upon arrival and the towels for everyone. A very pleasant longhouse to live in spacious 2 bedrooms upstairs and an extra double bed on the mezzanine that overlooks the living room and to finish a bedroom on the ground floor. A children's play area upstairs and a well-stocked dresser also on the ground floor. The more the heated dome pool that we were not able to fully enjoy in view of our rental period but the fireplace compensated our moments with friends... The pond adds a poetic side with these goldfish that will delight young and old. The location of the house is perfect for going to the Beauval Zoo, Ambroise, Chenonceau castle and many other sites... We'll be happy to go back.

Armand's house has all the comforts to spend a good stay. Special mention to the garden with the pool, with its sunsets. The village where it is located is very quiet and the bakery next to the house comes very well for those breakfasts with freshly made croissants😊. Although the house does not have a parking space for the car, on the days we were staying, we had no problems parking nearby. Armand is very attentive and quick to respond. The location is perfect for visiting castles and places of interest in the Loire. We had a vacation to remember!!!

This accommodation is really perfect: it is very comfortable, very well equipped and very well decorated. The beautiful garden makes it a little slice of heaven. Finally, his host Michel is very welcoming and friendly.

Our stay went perfectly well. Our 11-year-old kids (and ourselves) loved the place, especially the outdoor structures with a very large pool in which they crazily had fun. The place is very friendly, our hosts were very nice and hospitable. Beautiful environment, the village is very friendly, for lovers of tranquility and authenticity. Accommodation matches the photos perfectly. Rare nowadays on the platform, this is the primary residence of an individual who welcomes visitors himself. Paulo is a very welcoming and warm person. He always responded to all our requests and there were many during our stay. The housekeeping and cleanliness were impeccable. The quiet environment as well as the pool allowed us to recharge our batteries. I would recommend this host without hesitation.

Very nice house, superbly equipped. The exteriors are splendid with the pool, the soccer field, the games… A peaceful oasis. Magic in the eyes of our children. We had a great vacation in a beautiful area. There are pretty things to discover (castles, animal park, walks along the Loire, Chinon, Saumur, Tours). Noémie and Aurélien are very nice and respond quickly to your requests. We won't hesitate to come back. We recommend their home.

We had a great week at this house. It was more beautiful than on the pictures. A big garden and having lots of privacy was great. The pool is big and very close to the house. Because of the little amount of photos, we didn’t know what to expect, but it was great! No wifi

A wonderful Christmas where our family scattered all over France was able to gather. Everything is planned for a more than pleasant stay, to prepare XXL meals, gather all around the table. We had a great time, the house and grounds are very spacious and very well equipped, especially for the children. Large table perfect for a family get together. There is everything you need and a lot of tidying up... The environment is very pleasant and flowery in early spring, and we were very well received with a small pot of honey very appreciated. This accommodation is very well located for visiting the Loire castles. Numerous castles within 30 km. 5 km from the town of Bléré towards Amboise has all the shops plus two supermarkets. In the evening, the quietness of the countryside is disturbed only by two hares who come to feed in the meadow around the pool. It's very relaxing with the flight of hot air balloons in the distance. This place is impeccably maintained and has all cooking utensils. required: Well done

For a stopover on the Euro 3 bike route, this is a great place. In a beautiful small village and quiet, the studio has everything you need for a good time alone, as a couple or with family. Celine is very responsive and the information shared is always accurate and useful. Recommended

The accommodation is very well equipped and very clean. We appreciated that each of the bedrooms had a full bathroom. The exterior is a little worn, but the interior is extremely comfortable. The rooms are large. Recommended.
