La Mareuille - Large house surrounded by nature

La MAREUILLE is an eco-renovated house in an old 18th century farmhouse. Warm and friendly. A stone's throw from La Roche-Bernard, its location is ideal for visiting the Vilaine Valley, enjoying the countryside, forest and beaches of Morbihan. It is suitable for vacation stays and business stays (traveling team, teleworkers, photo shoot, etc.). It adapts to the size of the group, from 2 to 12 people (+ 2 babies). Put down your bags, we plan everything!

Two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and Poss for 2 other people (BZ in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euros extra/night beyond 5 people). Free BB kit. Night at 70 euros, minimum 2 nights + 0.80 euros/tax/adult. Housekeeping not included (€20 extra if desired + €10/bed made) tranquility and change of scenery guaranteed.

Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

A cottage with a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a good meal, a table and comfortable armchairs to enjoy a homemade meal. A new 160 x 200 bed (hotel quality) with 2 firm pillows and 2 soft ones. 100% cotton sheets. A bathroom (organic shower gel, shampoo, towel dryer) The relaxation area with a heated Jacuzzi to relax in. Water heated year-round to 38 in winter and 35/36 in summer. A table for an aperitif by the spa.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

La Chandelle

La Chandelle, in the Hameau du Potager, is a Cottage in the Heart of the Domaine de La Breteche. The entrance is opposite the Château. The Jardinet gives direct access to Hole No. 1 and walks in the park. Quiet and magical place, outside of time for a complete disconnection. In Brière, close to the sea, many must-see places nearby to visit. The fireplace works but wood is not provided Linens provided.
