Very nice modern apartment with private garage,air-conditioned city center near shops,restaurants , historic center, 40 m2 on the 3 rd and top floor(without elevator). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge,freezer,dishwasher, induction hob,oven,microwave, coffee machine,washing machine,dryer) open to the living room with storage , desk area,TV,a separate bedroom (bed 160) with dressing room, shower room with toilet.Bed linen and towels provided.

The area is full of things to see and do and Bérengère's accommodation, very nicely decorated and perfectly equipped, was the perfect base for discovering it. In addition, Bérengère is a very welcoming host and has very good recommendations for visiting and enjoying the area. Thanks again and we hope to come back next time 😊

There were 8 of us and we had a wonderful time at this house. Everything was there for a successful stay: an ideal layout, pleasant living spaces, a very well-equipped and tastefully decorated house. The bedding is high quality, everyone slept like a baby! The pool is a real plus, very well maintained. And the house is perfectly located to visit the Ardèche and enjoy all the activities in the surroundings. A real cocoon, comfortable and friendly. We leave with great memories. Thank you for this beautiful parenthesis.

very nice accommodation, well appointed , all the utensils for cooking are present. Toilet linen well provided. spacious rooms. top equipped kitchen and the summum there are 2 toilets. Thanks to Justine for her responsiveness when we contact her. I recommend it.

We had a lovely week in this very nice, brand new house, located in a particularly peaceful environment. The ground-level terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and the mountain views. Pauline was very available before and during the stay to answer any questions that we had. An address to keep!
