Several activities are possible nearby such as the bike trail, walking and picnicking in the forest by the river, horseback riding, and other adventures in the Etampes leisure center We look forward to welcoming you ☺️

Colombier transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18 m2 (beware of many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the park of the property with a relaxation area equipped for eating and lounging.
