Semi-detached farmhouse on one side of 75 m2, with terrace located in the municipality of Neulliac in a small peaceful hamlet. The town of Neulliac is located in the center of Brittany, minutes from Pontivy, the Canal de Nantes à Brest and Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation includes on the ground floor a fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room, a laundry room and a toilet as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

Lake Guerlédan, the Nantes to Brest canal and the Quénécan forest offer many activities: lakeside beaches, fishing, hiking, equestrian center, mountain biking, sailing, water skiing, and discovering the local heritage.

The accommodation is located in a mill dating from the 18th century in central Brittany at the crossroads between Rennes, Vannes, Saint Brieuc and Brest. It is close to Lake Guerlédan, Bon Repos Abbey and the Nantes to Brest Canal.
