Pierre is a very friendly and accommodating host, additional instructions were given by message a few days before the start of the arrival with a courteous call. Attentive host, very clear explanations and recommendations for nearby shops, I also recommend the very functional accommodation, very nice swimming pool with a friendly barbecue area, as well as a football field and petanque that delighted the guests, Thanks again!

Very good stay in this well-located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture… Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. A few small cleanliness issues could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Beautiful place for holidays for families or groups of friends. We recommend it!!!!

This stay was a real pleasure, from our welcome by Sylvain to our departure, accompanied by Sylvain's mother; sunny people who make you want to come back! The house centralizes everything you need for a peaceful stay: swimming pool, deckchairs, jacuzzi, ping pong table, petanque, super comfortable bedding and conducive to a good sleep, to summarize, you are wonderfully well. The house, while being a few minutes from Barjac, is isolated from any noise or other nuisances, you just hear the little birds that lull us to sleep. In short, we can't wait to come back next year, but for a longer stay: so many pretty villages and activities nearby! You can book without a second thought and without hesitation: you will come back won over. Thanks again to Sylvain, his mom, and our host Michel for this place designed for everyone's well-being.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The place is beautiful. The garden, pool, sauna, petanque court and house, everything is nice, clean and well thought out. The bedding is extremely comfortable. And Sandrine is so kind! Thank you again for this welcome and this great stay.

We had a great welcome. The listing matches the photos. It's a good place to stay. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities offered without any problems. We won't hesitate to rent it again next time.

We spent wonderfully relaxing days here. The passing road is quite busy, but you quickly stop noticing the noise (and I'm pretty sensitive to noise). Sitting in the lush garden by the pool, you feel like you're in paradise anyway, really very nicely done. Everything well fenced/surrounded by a wall, so it was also very easy with the dog. Right behind the house you can go for a nice walk. We really enjoyed the grill with plancha plate, the pizza wood oven, as well as the portafilter coffee machine! Thanks to the air conditioning, you could sleep very well. The hosts are extremely accommodating and always quickly available if you have a question. We will be happy to come back!

Two perfect nights. Super comfortable bedding and very cozy, cozy, beautiful and original cottage. We were able to enjoy the good products left for us in the fridge, the morning pastries and the fruit basket. Our daughter was delighted with her night upstairs and our dog with his small enclosed outdoor area. In two nights, we didn't have much time to fully enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi. I booked this place for a weekend for my husband and his friends. They enjoyed themselves. A very small downside for the inequality in the size and comfort of the rooms. Otherwise they had a lovely stay

After a week at the Atrium, our whole little group is perfectly happy with their vacation! We were able to enjoy friendly moments in the common areas and everyone was able to find their solitude when necessary thanks to the many spaces. The view is magical, especially at night with the view of the stars from the rooftop! Thank you to Françoise for hosting us, we will be back!

Looking for a quiet, relaxing place in the middle of nature, we were not disappointed! The cottage is very well located for beautiful hikes and enjoying a swim without the gardon. Very nice services, impeccable house and a small special touch upon arrival in the fridge. Not to mention the jacuzzi...a real joy! Everything is designed to have a very pleasant time.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this beautiful house on the edge of Ardèche. Everything was perfect: the splendid natural setting, the house decorated with rare taste, high-end comfort and warm and caring hosts. Cleanliness was impeccable, the kitchen extremely well-equipped. The hot tub in the old boathouse is a real experience in itself, really beautifully transformed. We also really appreciated being able to easily park our three vehicles, which is a real plus. The river is a stone's throw away, which makes the location even more magical. In the heart of the village, all shops are a few meters' walk away. Frankly, this is probably the best Airbnb in Saint-Martin d'Ardèche and the surrounding area. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish and really hope to be able to come back. Once again, thank you for everything!

Great stay. Well-maintained and very well-equipped house. Clean and very functional. Nice view of Aiguèze. Friendly host and available to answer any questions we may have. The center of the village of St Martin is within walking distance. Plan to come with laundry, shower gel, shampoo, soap, etc. We strongly recommend this house. Thanks Patrick.

We had a lovely stay! The house is nice, beautiful decor, wake up with the birds. The bedding is good quality and there are plenty of activities to do around.
