Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.

Renovated village house with simplicity to accommodate 6 people, where you will find all the necessary shops nearby and a few kilometers from beautiful tourist places. You can take advantage of this place to put your suitcases down during the week when traveling for work or for weekends for families or groups of friends.
