We had a great holiday! The apartment is perfect, clean and tastefully decorated. The view of the slopes and the mountain is just great. Very sunny balcony and apartment! The residence is well maintained and super convenient for skiing. The small hot snack bar at the bottom of the building is very convenient. We will come back without hesitation. Thanks a lot

A pleasant ski-in ski-out apartment. Fully matched the pictures. The box spring bed in the bedroom is very comfortable for adults, the sofa beds in the living room are fine for children or teenagers. We were there with 5 (two adults and 3 teenagers) and had enough space to store everything because the apartment is practically furnished (which is not always the case with ski in ski out apartments). If you call the key manager before arrival, please ask in which building you should register and rent sheets (that is not at the reception of the residence of the apartment). We had not asked for this and did not know where to apply, fortunately the host Cindy responds super quickly to messages, so that was quickly in order. Friendly and quick to respond host.

A great apartment for us for our annual skiing holiday. Accommodation was perfect size for us as a family of four, the two teenage children had their own rooms with plenty of space. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped and very peaceful. Only a 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants as well as the nearest ski lift. It is a steep hill to walk up and down but it is a mountain resort after all. Communication before our trip was excellent, any questions we had were quickly answered. Really hope we can stay again next year.

No unpleasant surprises, the apartment was identical to the description: well arranged, clean with a private parking space with a good location (5min drive from Vauban city and a supermarket just a 5 min walk. i recommend it and hope to come back. We are a group of 10 cyclists. We had an awesome stay in Briancon at Kate's place. Being situated in the old town is a fantastic location and the facilities in the house suited us very well. Didier's apartment was fantastic. Easy access to slops, in days of snow, there is also a ski out option straight from the balcony. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a family. The view from the kitchen table every morning was absolutely stunning! Easy walk to the ski store, supermarket and bakery. Didier was very kind and helpful. Very responsive and approachable for any question we had (during the booking process and during our stay). I highly recommend it! Thank you for a great stay!

The cleaning on arrival was not perfect, but it is not the host's fault, rather the previous tenants (quick cleaning). But apart from this, everything was very good: especially the location in relation to the slopes >> there is only the road to cross. In the accommodation, there are all the necessary amenities and even more: the dishwasher and washing machine are very much appreciated.
