Studio with a terrace

Studio located in the village of Villar-Saint-Pancrace, 5 minutes from Briançon. It is about 25 m2 and is located in the basement of our house. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It also has an outdoor terrace with barbecue. Close to all amenities (shopping area 3 min. by car), alpine and Nordic ski slopes, as well as hiking/snowshoeing trails. NOTE: bed linen is provided, not bath towels.

In the middle of the meadows, bordered by forest, on the GR5 and at the start of many hiking trails is our house. The apartment is located on the ground floor and first floor of this restored farmhouse, typical of the Queyras dating from the 18th century and overlooking the Guil Valley.
