We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very good stay. Apartment located on the 1st floor of a Vençoise style house, which is its charm. Clean and very bright and tastefully decorated apartment. The accommodation has two terraces, with beautiful views of the mountains. The bedding is comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped. It felt good there. The parking space is appreciable. We were not disturbed by the neighbors. All done on foot, the historic city center is close, +/- 4 minutes, with its restaurants. The best part is the proximity to the Boulanger, the Super Marché, the Bio Store of La Pharmacie which are less than 2 minutes away, always without the car. Mrs. Widad is very responsive. The stairs didn't bother us to get the suitcases up. Check-in is solo, due to the key box and instructions from our Host. For sure we will return to Vence in this apartment.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

We stayed 3 days in Monique's apartment to visit some nearby towns, Grasse, Vence, Antibes and Nice. The presence of the train station is also strategic. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Quiet area and close to shops and restaurants. Monique was very nice and flexible on schedules.

We had a great stay in Antibes… location is good near the train station if you wish to visit other towns on the coast. Walkable to the old town with lots of cafes and restaurants. The balcony is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it is nice to be able to open the French doors. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit is located up two flights of stairs but the elevator does not start on the ground floor, so you will have to carry it up a flight at least. Mahlia was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and was very friendly and available. Definitely recommend this spot!

small house just at the entrance of the village on 3 levels. parking 50 meters away, very quiet, small shops in the village square 100 meters away. small terrace overlooking the Jabron Valley.

Thanks to Christiane and René for their very warm hosting and availability. I had a great time in the well-appointed studio, unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll come back sometime!

Picture perfect and simply magic! The accommodation was warm, comfortable, and the balcony was ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The host was kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. A lovely family who even offered us a lift to a must-see destination—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

Villa that perfectly matches the description, we were able to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday, and even with the rain we were able to set up the tables inside in the beautiful living room. The rooms are very comfortable and we had all the necessary linen at our disposal. everything is done to have a great stay, pool, darts, ping-pong table... The outside is very nice with the pool, barbecue, pizza oven and there is even a paella pan. Thanks to Eric and his wife for their very warm welcome and thank you for accepting our four-legged friends. The small negative point, which can be quite disturbing, is the barking of the dogs from the neighboring villa.

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

We had a lovely time, the house was perfect, clean, the criteria matched the description. The garden is very beautiful, fenced, perfect for dogs. All amenities were functional. Thanks to Jimmy for his kindness and responsiveness. Very good place and a very nice house. Thank you very much.

We lived for a week in Emmanuel's apartment and had a really good time. The outdoor space with a ping pong table is also great. Location of the house about 500 meters from the sea and the center of Juan les Pins. In general, ideal location for visiting the various towns of the French Riviera. Recommended.

Impeccable accommodation, with attention to detail and very clean. Equipped with everything, like being at home. Convenient location for public transport, in 12 minutes to Cannes on the Croisette. Nicole and Vale are kind and helpful people for any questions. Highly recommended

The apartment is very nice, clean, well located and offers everything you need for the break, regardless if short or longer!! Allocated parking few steps away and feel-safe due to enclosed type property goes a long way. If we are down south in the future will definitely use again. We had a fantastic stay. The view is truly phenomenal. You won't get tired of it! Also wonderful to enjoy aperitifs on the very large terrace. All was well and sparkling clean. Very spacious apartment with spacious bedrooms, bathroom and spacious kitchen with all appliances. Highly recommended. A small downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but good 4/5G reception.
