We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Comfortable house, two bedrooms upstairs, including one open to the stairs (a little steep) and passage in this one to access the second bedroom. No toilet upstairs. Open kitchen, bathroom with bathtub/shower and LL, separate toilet 600 m2 enclosed and wooded garden. South-facing, at the end of a cul-de-sac, peace and quiet assured. Linens are not provided. Cleaning is to be done on your own.

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
