After renovation of the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we have rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it a 100 m2 apartment with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Adjacent/attached to our house but totally independent. The apartment is a bit vintage, like at grandma's, it is independent of our accommodation, it is composed of a large bedroom, a bathroom, toilet and kitchen (sink, coffee maker + Senseo, small fridge, microwave, gas stove, washing machine). It is close to Lake Roucarié with its beach. My place is good for couples with or without kids, and solo travelers. We will simply welcome you as we like to be welcomed: with ease!

The 35 m2 gîte is located at the southern end of our property. It has a separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, an equipped kitchen with sitting area (approximately 12 m2), a bedroom with a 160 double bed, office area and an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is comfortable and bright. It overlooks a large garden and vegetable garden. It belongs to the peace of a village while being close to urban life. Self check-in in case of absence of the owners.

The setting of our house is very nice because the property is large and close to the forest and a stream. Both adults and children will be able to take walks, play the many games we have (ping-pong table, badminton, pétanque, etc.), and enjoy the swimming pool and the various relaxation areas!
