Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Barthélemy Island

Coralie is a very responsive and accommodating host. Her unit is clean, modern and well equipped for long stays. The balcony offers a beautiful view of Oyster Pond and on most days a nice cooling breeze off the water. An added bonus was being able to sit on the balcony and keep the patio doors open almost every evening without needing any bug protection - something we have never experienced during stays at other locations on the island. We will definitely be back!!

Our second stay at this lovely place! Laure was very responsive to questions I asked before our arrival. She met us at check in and explained everything as she reacquainted us with the apartment. She also checked with us a couple times during our stay. Apartment is very roomy with a king bed. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. We loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet at night. Had absolutely everything we needed with many extras included. There are many beach bars with chairs and umbrellas nearby. Also many restaurants with varied menus within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby too. We love staying at Orient Bay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! See you next year!

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We loved our first trip to the island so much we had to come back! It was an easy choice to stay at The Perch for a second time. The location is amazing, very private with beautiful views and an abundance of nature. The deck is perfect for taking a night off of going out, providing ambiance for sunset dinners and drinks in the jacuzzi. The location is fairly central, making it a great jump off point to explore many parts of the island. If only we could have stayed longer!

We had a really nice stay at this Airbnb. It is well located in orient bay, within short walking distance to many restaurants. The patio and indoor space is quite large and could easily accommodate 4 adults. The bedrooms each have their own doorways off the back, with cute little, main level balcony areas. From the back yard you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shore which is lovely. It is also steps from the beach. When you leave the gated area, you are basically on the beach. The pool is small but just what you need. It was perfect for us with two young kids and so close to the apartment we could run back and forth. It also has some nice shady spots throughout the day to get a break from the sun. We had everything we needed and it was a nice, bright and open space perfect for relaxing. Le logement de Pascal est un vrai paradis. Cette maison est tournée vers l’extérieure et répond parfaitement à nos attentes. Encore plus belle qu’en photos. Tout était parfait de l’accueil au départ, je ne peux que recommander vivement. Nous reviendrons vite!

We had a wonderful time at Olivier’s Blue Horizon Villa. We loved the privacy and views of the outdoor space and the spacious and comfortable interior with cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. We had breakfast at home every day and even cooked a couple dinners in. We had one 11 year old boy who used the pool a lot, including night swims! We went without a car the first day and night and were able to easily walk to local beaches and restaurants but our crew included two women over 80 so we decided to rent a car for the remainder of our stay which allowed us to explore some different locations, beaches, sights and restaurants. The home was a little tricky to find in a cab but Olivier was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. Overall it was an excellent and memorable stay at a very special home.

For context, 5 stars for what I would expect at this price point $1200 USD for 5 nights in Feb (includes tax/fees). The villa has a well equipped kitchen, with nonstick pans in great condition, sharp knives, and ample cooking utensils. The Bosch appliances all seemed brand new and clean. It’s worth knowing that one bedroom and bath are entered separately from the exterior/patio and not from the main area of the home. There are no weird musky smells and plenty of clean towels. The main points where this place fell flat is with bedding (no top sheets or blankets throughout the home, only an empty duvet cover), the sagging mattresses, and couch (end of its life expectancy, uncomfortable and armrest are sunken in). The host is extremely kind, warm and welcoming. There is a darling, small but well equipped grocery/pastry shop a half block away. There are also two cute restaurants within walking distance. At the price point this property cannot be beat, esp w the privacy and pool.

Wonderful beach house, superbly presented. Ideal location walking distance to the shops, cafes, restuarants and the beach. We loved it so much, we were sad to leave at the end of the week. It has everything you ever want in a holiday house. I have stayed in many airbnb and this is by far the best I have ever experienced. We would definately stay here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Delphine et Agnès qui sont très agréables et de très bons conseils. Le logement est parfait, très propre, bien équipé, un écrin de verdure en connexion avec la nature, très bien situé sur l'île. La définition parfaite de la douceur de vivre.

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

This is a great location to enjoy Orient Bay Beach. I needed to add days to my reservation and they were very accommodating and helpful. The unit is very comfortable We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and very accessible area. About 15 minutes from the airport and very close to the port to visit Anguilla. There is a mini supermarket around. A mall walkable by 12 minutes, and bakeries too and a mini downtown area. The bnb itself is very clean, the neighbors are very polite as well. Harry is very helpful and super responsive. Would stay again. Good space for a couple, 2 friends, and great and safe for solo. I felt very safe. Thanks Harry

Espectacular apto en un sitio q ahora se encuentra algo afectado por la construcción del hotel en el complejo, pero no afecta para nada la estadía y los servicios . Seguro volveremos a este sitio espectacular.

Superb location. Beautiful view of Orient Bay and Beach. The unit has all modern equipment. There are perhaps six or seven restaurants within a five-minute walk, one of which has a small bakery with delicious desserts. Also within that five-minute walk are two grocery stores. There is a balcony, while small, is adequate, and you can view the goings-on at the beach and the village restaurant area. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The only drawback for us 80 plus years old was the number of stairs. If you are elderly or have balance problems, we would not recommend it.

Un séjour très paisible dans ce bel endroit ! Grégoire est très sympathique même si je ne l’ai pas croisé longtemps comme je suis arrivée plus tard que prévu. Il a pu me recommander des endroits à voir sur l’île. Le logement est fidèle à l’annonce, la vue est super et tranquille, et j’ai apprécié pouvoir garer ma voiture dans sa cour. La plage d’orient bay est à 10min en voiture et si vous souhaitez aller à Philipsburg c’est aussi une quinzaine de minute. Pour un séjour paisible n’hésitez pas !!

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn Beach. Although construction and rebuilding were happening around he facilities it was great to watch the progress that happened during our stay. We also took full advantage of a less busy pool area which ended up being a bonus for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful and took good care of us. I would highly recommend renting a car as it will allow you to explore the island to its fullest by visiting beaches, venturing to different areas, and accessing restaurants. Mullet Beach, hiking Loterie Farm, grabbing breakfast at Good Morning Cafe, making perfume at Tijon, snorkeling around Anguilla, and eating at Lazy Lizards and Pineapple Pete’s were just some of our favorites. James has an awesome place to stay- thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We made some once in a lifetime memories.

Excellente localisation L’appartement ne pourrait pas être mieux placé, au milieu de la plage d’orient bay tout en étant très calme. 1 mn de la plage / 5 mn à pied des commerces par la plage Piscine incroyable très grande dans un très beau jardin La résidence est superbe L’appartement est parfait avec tout le nécessaire et Tom est vraiment très réactif Nous reviendrons !
