Condo vacation rentals in Saint-Barthélemy Island

The Island is beautiful and small but no public transportation. We had reserved a car at the airport but they close early, at 6.00pm. Taxis are very few and we were unable to order one. Alexandre offered to pick us up after his work. He also took us to the car rental in the morning, much appreciated. Rental is a must if staying in most places in St Barths, the sun is hot and very strong. We booked a flight for St Marten and at the the last minuet flights were canceled, and told we were on our own, so we had to find a ride to the port for the ferry, only to be told ferry's were booked up for 2 days. Stranded literally. After spending 5 hours on stand by for a ticket to St Marten we finally were lucky enough to get on. Our flight had already left for the USA. We found a hotel in St Marten and made our flight home the next day. Ferry's are very few, not sure why?, I lived in the Greek Islands. Perhaps this info could be a reminder from the BNB. Ive also been a BNB host.

We are impressed in every detail of this place- starting with super host Luca friendly& responsive, best view possible for the Island - you just can’t get enough of it, by the side with amazing pool. Felt like home, great equipped kitchen, nice living room and amazing bedroom. Everything as in pictures, only more beautiful in real life! Thank u and we will be your guests for sure again soon!

Amazing location less than a 5 min drive from the airport. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Eden Rock, NIkki Beach, and shops. 10 minute drive to Gustavia (great area for shops and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay. The condo spacious, really clean, and the back patio was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The manager Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, she went out of her way to pick us up from the airport, gives us great recommendations, take us to see one of the most beautiful sights on the island. She really helped to make our time in St Barts convenient and one to remember.

A very attentive host, impeccable, warm and efficient accommodation. We had a bottle of cold water, bath and beach towels, a parasol... everything you need for a perfect trip We would recommend more! Thanks again for this fantastic stay

We just returned from our third time at this property, which says it all. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Extremely clean and well equipped, and a five minute walk to restaurants and less than ten to a wonderful beach. The owners and their representative, Carla, are extremely responsive if you need something. Of course, we are booking for next year.

Stop looking and book this flat! My wife and I stayed here in March 2025, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The flat is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view is just as stunning as in the listing—absolutely breathtaking! One of the best things about this flat is the location. We walked to Eden Roc for breakfast every morning (just an 8–10 minute walk). It’s also within easy walking distance to Nikki Beach, Le Guerite, and Eden Roc, with a short drive to Gustavia and other key spots. We rented a small car and had no trouble parking at the flat. Highly recommend—plus, the host was equally wonderful. Thank you!!

We had a great stay at Laurence's place. It's a good balance between the distance to Marigot and being in a peaceful area. Her place is stocked with basic necessities for cooking, beach items and even with inventory needed for electricity shutdown or no running water.

We have stayed at Orient once before and were very happy with our stay at Princess Manon. The apartment was clean, light, and bright. There were tons of towels provided (more than the one per person that is usually supplied) as well as practical things like liquid hand soap at all sinks and two big water bottles in the fridge. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Water pressure was great the entire stay and the ACs worked beautifully. We love staying in Orient and will be back!

The condo was so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved it there! The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well! It is our plan to return!

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back! Virginie thought of everything international travelers might need for a beach getaway from the beach chairs, table, and cooler to helpful directions and welcome notes. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach and the pool was an added bonus when the beach got too crowded on big cruise ship afternoons. Highly recommend booking!

Our family of four with two small children (3 & 6) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed in the living room was spacious enough to accommodate both small children and the primary bedroom upstairs was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the pool was gated and clean with a decent size shallow side perfect for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast at Bread & Butter (just down the hill) nearly every morning, and some our favorite meals while on the island were really close by (Mama's Pizzeria and Oasis). Harold and his wife were onsite and were very communicative. While there were guests in the other villas during our stay, it still felt very private and we rarely saw other guests at the pool. As others have said, I would highly recommend renting a car if staying at this property. The only small inconvenience was that the WIFI did not work well in our villa, however, it worked fine on the patio outside and around the pool area.

Great place to stay, wonderful roof terrace, awesome amenities, great location

The proximity to the beach was the main selling point for us. We missed the fact that the condo has two bedrooms, we assumed the extra sleeping option was the couch! So what a bonus to find that. The upstairs porch is gorgeous, didn’t spend much time there but it was so peaceful. The pool(s) are pristine. We loved all of it!

Lovely location! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Felt very homey and comfortable, it was perfect. The view was amazing and made the hill up 100% worth it. You really get used to the drive after the first time. There's an amazing beach called Great Bay Beach right near by and a great on the beach restaurant called Eat Something. Ask for Lenny if you want to eat and rent chairs there, he's the best!

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

A real favorite! This accommodation perfectly combines comfort, elegance and functionality. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the choice of materials to the warm decor that creates a welcoming and soothing atmosphere. The space is bright, impeccably clean and perfectly equipped, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. Special mention for the host, who was remarkably kind and available. A property that I would recommend without hesitation and where I will be happy to come back.

We staued at Isabelle's for a month snd by the time we left it felt like home. The neighborhood of Oyster Pomd is welcoming with several small but excellent restaurants within an easy walk. There is also a locsl market to pick up fresh bread and other items. Dawn beach is a quick drive. The unit was clean and provided plenty of room for my husband and I as well as space.for our daughter and three friends when they visited. We contacted Isabelle once because the microwave wasnt working and Maxime quickly replaced it with a new one. The one drawback, and only for when we had six people, was that the ad says two bathrooms which is true but there's only one toilet and it oa separate from the bathrooms. It required a bit of planning in the mornings and getting ready to go out out but it was manageable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend.

Very clean and very accessible area. About 15 minutes from the airport and very close to the port to visit Anguilla. There is a mini supermarket around. A mall walkable by 12 minutes, and bakeries too and a mini downtown area. The bnb itself is very clean, the neighbors are very polite as well. Harry is very helpful and super responsive. Would stay again. Good space for a couple, 2 friends, and great and safe for solo. I felt very safe. Thanks Harry

Absolutely loved our stay here! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — even better than the photos! The neighborhood felt very safe and was in a super walkable location, with tons of great restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away. It was the perfect home base to explore the city. What really stood out was how thoughtful and attentive the host was. They truly go above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home — from the little personal touches to quick communication, you can tell they genuinely care. If you're considering booking, don't hesitate — this place is a gem. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and convenient place with an amazing host.

Amazing host & Amazing place

Carole’s place was great! The area is safe and very calm and cozy. The sunset views are awesome from either the patio or the pool. We felt right at home since the moment we arrived. Carole was super responsive, flexible for the check-in and helpful with instructions. The place is very clean and tidy with all required amenities. It’s great for a couple. You are close to Marigot (few mins) and driving distance 20-25 min to most places around the island. You will need a car to get around but you have a supermarket walking distance. We would definitely come back here if we come back! Overall, awesome experience!

Beautiful condo with great views, and convenient to most places on the Island. Jolanda was very responsive to any questions and needs we had. Would definitely stay here again.
