We are impressed in every detail of this place- starting with super host Luca friendly& responsive, best view possible for the Island - you just can’t get enough of it, by the side with amazing pool. Amazing location less than a 5 min drive from the airport. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Eden Rock, NIkki Beach, and shops. 10 minute drive to Gustavia (great area for shops and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay. The condo spacious, really clean, and the back patio was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The manager Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, she went out of her way to pick us up from the airport, gives us great recommendations, take us to see one of the most beautiful sights on the island. She really helped to make our time in St Barts convenient and one to remember.

Our stay at Alexandre's place went very well. The composition and location of the accommodation are perfect for hosting a small family like ours (2 adults and a 3-year-old girl). The location in Lorient is perfect. We were able to enjoy the terrace for eating. The green setting around the accommodation makes the apartment even more pleasant. Thank you Alexandre. We would highly recommend it.

We just returned from our third time at this property, which says it all. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Extremely clean and well equipped, and a five minute walk to restaurants and less than ten to a wonderful beach. The owners and their representative, Carla, are extremely responsive if you need something. Of course, we are booking for next year.

Stop looking and book this flat! My wife and I stayed here in March 2025, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The flat is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view is just as stunning as in the listing—absolutely breathtaking! One of the best things about this flat is the location. We walked to Eden Roc for breakfast every morning (just an 8–10 minute walk). It’s also within easy walking distance to Nikki Beach, Le Guerite, and Eden Roc, with a short drive to Gustavia and other key spots. We rented a small car and had no trouble parking at the flat. Highly recommend—plus, the host was equally wonderful. Thank you!!

Amazing stay in beautiful Lorient. The apartment is ideally located to everything you need. An easy walk to grocery, bakery, restaurants and more and centrally located to drive to everywhere on the island. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed to work remotely, cook dinners at home, and most of all, relax. Anica and Frederic met us to check in, answered all our questions, and provided everything we needed. We can’t wait to return.

We absolutely loved our stay. The details really stood out here and made our stay exceptional. Wonderful linens and everything was so comfortable and cozy and clean. The pool was lovely and a nice place for a quick dip in the evening. The location of this place was ideal for us and was close to everything and peaceful. The view was wonderful for relaxing out in the porch!

We stayed with Mathilde and Morgan for eight glorious nights. Everything was perfect. Matt teal was very responsive, gave us clear instructions on getting there, and we had no issues finding the location. Toiney is the quieter side of the island, which we liked. Of course, you’re 15 minutes away from the bustle of Gustavia, so trips back and forth are easy. The view was amazing and the accommodations were exactly as pictured. The pool was lovely after a beach day and for lounging and reading a book. The place was very clean and organized and Mathilde was so kind and welcoming. She left us bread and cheese and wine upon our arrival. She checked in periodically to see if we needed things, invited us to the beach with her family, just an all around nice person. We loved the turtles and their dog! Would 10/10 recommend.

This apartment exceeded expectations. The photos really do not do it justice. The recent upgrades are beyond impressive and the location the best possible in Gustavia. Peter, the owner, is extremely responsive and helpful. This is now my new "home" in St Barths! Thank you, Peter!!

Great stay with a beautiful view of St Jean! Definitely would stay here again if I come back to St Barts! Very conveniently located in a scenic setting. The host was very responsive and willing to help with any requests!
