We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful house, with a beautiful view of Saint-Paul de Vence. Well-equipped house (dishes, appliances, etc.) and comfortable. Walking distance to the village and amenities. A few kilometers from Nice and Saint-Paul de Vence. We would have liked to extend this great weekend. Thanks to the hosts!

We loved our stay at Villa Zen! The location and views - outstanding, the garden pool and spa - peaceful, kitchen - a gourmets delight, and the house is perfect for a family vacation! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful location and truly felt 'at home' with Emmanuelle & Philippe and their family. The flowers were in bloom and the first thing I noticed was the amazing smell and fresh air. Emmanuelle & Philippe were very generous, brining fresh laid eggs and baguette my first morning and sharing some patisseries and handmade drink and bread on my last day. The view was also perfect, I 'worked from home' whilst there and internet was able to hold work in the cottage and for video and voice I took calls from the pool as internet was better there (and much better views than my normal office!). I loved all their animals and will miss Prunelle and Macintosh!!! I had brought earplugs in case rooster was loud but never needed them, black out blinds helped block both sun and noise, I slept very well all trip! Next time I will have a car as it was difficult to get to and from the different places by foot, there is buses but they run infrequently so I would recommend a car. Merci beaucoup!!!

Such an amazing place. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back in the future. Such a gorgeous pool to swim in and our little girl loved the jacuzzi and exploring the grounds. Lovely to be able to cook outside and relax in the outdoor living area in the evenings. Lots of lovely local villages to explore too. Vannina is a great host and very responsive to messages.

Excellent stay in this ideally located and very well-equipped apartment. The beach is nearby. The residence is very quiet. Geoffroy is a very welcoming and available host.

A villa where when we walk through the front door, we already feel at home :) everything is done, so that we feel good. Everything is planned down to the last detail, nothing is missing. The villa is really located in an exceptional place. Perfect communication with the host or co-host. The host was very accommodating whether for the check-in time or the check-out time. I'd recommend it without a second thought. Nothing to say but: perfect.

Quite possibly one of the most MAGICAL experiences I’ve ever had at an Airbnb !! Photos literally don’t so the view justice and right in the centre of town . Highly suggest you base yourself in Saint Paul De Vence rather than Nice if you want peace quiet and a magic artistic experience. During the day it is touristy but at night it is like out of a fairytale … also go to Art De Vin Bar where the locals hang out- such a vibe !! Will be back !! Xxx

Karine's place is amazing! Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. The location is perfect, everything important is within walking distance. The super communication with her was also special, she gave us good recommendations for the area and she responded very quickly. She was also very flexible regarding our stay. It is worth mentioning that we even received fresh towels during our two-week stay. Check-in was very straightforward and we were even greeted with cold and very high-quality drinks. Thank you Karine, we will definitely be back!

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

Excellent location: feet in the sand on a beautiful beach in Le Lavandou. Accommodation in a very quiet residence. Private parking which is very nice, especially in busy periods. Pierre is a very good host who responds very quickly to messages and adapts to his guests. Michèle the concierge is also friendly.

Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

We had a lovely stay at Nadège's place. Clean accommodation, flexible check-in and checkout. Optional fresh bed linens. Thanks to Nadège and Danielle. Amazing view of the sea. conveniently located accommodation, beach, restaurants and convenience store nearby. Access to the city center in 7 minutes by car.

Laurent's house is really very nice, the view is fantastic and it really has everything you need! Everything is very clean and the equipment in the kitchen is also great and everything has its place. We felt completely comfortable from the first minute. The communication and check-in and check-out were also perfect! We will be back!

We had a pleasant week's stay at Catherine's. She and her daughter were very welcoming and available. The place is very well located in a quiet area, within a secure residence and 2 min access to the coves and the city of St Raphael on foot in 15/20 minutes. Pleasant view from the apartment of the tree-lined terrace and pool.

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.
