A charming 1950s mansion in a splendid landscaped and wooded park, in the heart of Touraine, with jacuzzi access. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with TEMPUR memory foam mattresses (including a King-Sixteen bed), a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a TV room. A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

15 m2 studio 5 minutes' walk from the TGV station. Opposite the SNCF training center. You will enjoy a living room with trundle tables for dining/working, TV, linear kitchen with ceramic hobs etc. In this living room is a retractable wardrobe bed that is very easy to handle (140 x 200 cm). In the bathroom, there is the necessary: shower, sink, column and toilet. Linens and towels are provided!
