As part of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are currently implementing additional health measures. With an area of 45 m2, the apartment was renovated in 2018. I chose materials and furniture "as if it were for me": 2 bedrooms with each its small bathroom, T.V flat screen on the wall in each room , living room with small terrace and beautiful sea view, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer compartment, microwave and traditional oven, washing machine drying clothes, Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook:-) The whole apartment and its terrace. Free parking space for the apartment. Just take the small path in front of the residence to access the beach of Trouville. Unspoiled by crowds, the quiet neighborhood is nevertheless close to the city center. 15/20 minutes walk from Trouville / Deauville train station If you come by car, a parking space is reserved for you in the residence. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass-ceramic plates, a traditional oven and microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster for your breakfasts. Nice refurbished cottage with all the comforts, located in a farmhouse (but independent). Ideal place to enjoy the calm of the countryside near the beaches of Deauville and Trouville (2 km) and the racecourse and equestrian center (PIC).
