Very easy to communicate with Home was lovely, fresh, clean and matched the photos perfectly. Garden area was lovely and outside seating was a really great place to relax and enjoy Hosts were friendly and very obliging. Definitely recommend

We had a lovely time at Cindy's place. All the essentials were there and even cute little toys that my toddler liked. Very quiet and nice surroundings. Cindy was so great with sending all information before the check-in. Definitely recommended

Great house for 6 people to stay in with plenty of space. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Robyn was very accommodating with any requests and was extremely prompt with communication. A lovely quiet spot to stay within easy walking distance to town.

Dana's place was exactly what was advertised beautiful home. warm/cozy and a nice quite neighborhood. The location was perfect nice and close to all the attractions we had planned, with shops and restaurants near by.

Our families enjoyed our stay at Ezra’s after visiting Hobbiton. The house was clean, homely and everything we needed. Check-in process was simple and our hosts shared fabulous restaurant recommendations for lunch and dinner.

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Lovely unit with all you need… and more! Nice quiet location too. We made good use of the cooking facilities and washing machine. We were very lucky to be treated to some home baked muffins! What a treat!

A beautiful, peaceful escape with everything you need. Lovely presentation, cosy and Megan communicates quickly and clearly.

Such a charming vintage apartment — full of character and so cozy! Everything was spotless and thoughtfully decorated. We were spoiled with a delicious homemade cake and a great breakfast for the morning. Plus, their adorable cats made the stay even more special. Would absolutely stay again!

Had a great stay at Aleanna’s place. Good place to stay for one night. Not far from shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. It is located close to the train line but this didn’t bother me.

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

Tracey’s place was exactly as it was in the pictures. It had everything you would need when staying away from home. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again.

This was my 3rd time staying with Carla so that must say it all! She's a great host and I felt right at home. A room for sleeping, another for sitting; it's just ideal. And her place is just a short walk from downtown, supermarkets and Lake Hamilton. Definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

Easy to locate and access. Very clean and well set out. The kitchen provided a selection of appliances and everything you needed for this space. Comfortable lounge furniture to relax while catching up. Primo sized bedrooms, one with a onsuite and 2nd bathroom was great. The bedroom with single beds did not have any towel or flannel, borrowed one from room next door. The trains seemed to be busy throughout the night, otherwise perfect for the 3 of us overnight, thank you Aleanna this apartment is well kept and presented. Ngā mihi - Teresa
