Have stayed here before when i flew back from Perth, the place is still very tidy and always has been comfortable. Pretty much my favourite place to stay when i visit my family in Hamilton, will continue to stay every time i fly back. Had an amazing stay at this secluded guest house. The hosts are super friendly and responsive to any questions or requests you may have. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the hot tub and fire pit under the stars. They kept the hot tub going when we were out during the days and evenings. Most of all we loved the unique landscape from the deck that made you feel like you were straight in the shire (Lord of the Rings). 10/10 would recommend

We had a fabulous stay at Elizabeth's home. The house is immaculate, with beautiful linen and very comfy beds. The location was a perfect mid-way point between our rowing commitments at Lake Karapiro and enjoying the restaurants of Cambridge. Elizabeth also took care to ensure we had the provisions we needed. Thanks very much :)

His place was absolutely pristine and perfectly as described in the listing. The place is gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice! We loved staying here! We really felt like it was a home away from home! The hosts were fab, very quick to reply with any questions we had, extremely accommodating, plenty of towels provided etc. The space was beautiful and comfortable and not far from either Cambridge or Hamilton. We easily did day trips to Rotorua and Waitamo from this location as well. Would highly recommend, a beautiful find in a beautiful location.

A fabulous place to stay! The apartment is so well appointed and comfortable. It has everything that you could possibly need. We had absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend staying here.

The exterior of the unit features a light-colored facade with a charming red-tiled roof. A double door entrance is flanked by two decorative potted plants. A single ornamental lamp post stands beside a bench, creating a welcoming outdoor space.

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

Adeles place was awesome easy to find close to shops etc clean and has everything you need communication was spot on shes always just a txt or call away tjank you again

This must be top of the list if you are locking for a place to stay in Cambridge. Its peaceful, spacious and Penelope is an outstanding host who is responsive to any needs that arise.

Great house to stay in especially if you are a couple of families staying together as there are 2 rooms on each side of the house separated 2 lounges and a lovely big kitchen and dining area. Lots of outdoor space too which is fully fenced. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would happily stay again. Thanks so much :)

Perfect location for where we needed to be. Very walkable 10 minute walk to town. There is a dairy a 1 minute walk across the road. Could get very hot in summer as no A/C in bedrooms, however we were comfortable enough at night and just used the A/C in lounge during the day.

The modern townhouse exterior features a striking combination of wooden paneling and white walls. Large, square windows offer ample natural light, and a clean driveway provides access to the property, which is set in a neat arrangement with landscaping in progress.

Sarah’s place is very modern clean and comfortable. Great communication and friendly flexibility. Very easy access with key code pad. Beds are very comfortable. Master up and two others downstairs which works well. Apartment Is well equipped. Max two car parking. Be aware driveway is hard to spot when you first arrive and is on a fast bend otherwise good location.
