Carefully restored, the essentials have been preserved: light, spaciousness. Wherever you are in the house, the view is stunning. A bow window, a panoramic veranda, and windows frame the scenery, the clouds, and the play of light. Here, we live in harmony with the outdoors.

Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Buron de La Loubeyre - Haut

Buron lost in the mountains at 1300m altitude. it is only accessible on foot from the farm of La Loubeyre. A unique experience with a breathtaking view of the Sancy and the lakes of the Cézallier. to know the life of the buronniers of yesteryear. WARNING: Inland water is cut off in winter. There is still a tap accessible in the bathroom for drinking water, kitchen and toilet. The full circuit was restored in the spring. Do not use the wood stove, it is broken.
